We have had this couch and matching ottomans for a few months now and we absolutely adore it. I was worried because we weren't able to sit on it before buying but reading the reviews helped put my mind at ease. It's definitely comfortable and soft but has plenty of structure, which is exactly what I wanted.We use the Ottomans as extra seating when we have visitors and put it all together for epic movie nights.The customer service is 10 out of 10. The girls helped me with my questions about packaging and size and sent out the samples promptly. Delivery was also quick and easy.Overall I would recommend this sofa 100%

The speed with which it arrived ( In Darwin) was awesome given the freight challenges at the moment. My TV cabinet was ordered 2 weeks before, & still arrived the day after my lounges, so thank you legends 👏😘My biggest problem was putting my lounges together. Being 5ft nothing & almost 62, aaannndddd my partner working away, I found it extremely difficult to get each piece out of its box ( it took me until the 3rd box to work out to just tip it out 😏) My next big challenge was putting the seat cushion covers on. I did watch the video, but I found it extremely difficult to do by myself 😫( I now feel old and weak 😞) and I broke almost every finger nail 😱 💅And ... It seems like it is really compressing the sofa cushions - in fact the sofa is much more comfortable when we take the covers off to get them cleaned. It's a shame as it really is a nice looking couch. I would like to order new covers for it but I'm thinking about a brand new sofa after just over a year of owning this...

I am absolutely in love with my new Cloud 3 Seater Sage Couch! It works perfectly in our new apartment. We purchased the ottoman also and it works functionally as a longer chaise to one side or in the middle with our feet up.I was perving at this couch online for over 3 months, as I was hesitant to purchase a piece of furniture without first trying it out. I have not been disappointed. It is lovely and comfortable, and the right amount of firm - not too soft not too hard. I love that you can move the cushions around to suit.Delivery was extremely fast and efficient, I ordered on a Monday and it was in my loungeroom by Thursday (from Adelaide to Melbourne). We ordered this couch for around our fireplace. It is exactly what we wanted and was advertised correctly. Love the fact that we can wash everything if needed and change the whole couch to grey if we wanted a different look. It needs a bit of wearing in I believe as it’s relatively firm and not cloud material as yet. The customer service was excellent and used great communication via email and phone. They were so helpful with any questions I had. Point to remember when putting the big cushions in their covers remember to match the two zippers together and when placing the cushion into the cover fold the cushion in half as you slip it inside the cover. Fair to say there are some happy campers in our household with the new sage green Cloud! Kylie was absolutely wonderful- the most helpful, genuinely lovely customer service I’ve had for a long time! I’ve had my eye on this couch for a while, and so pleased I finally committed. Great quality, very comfortable, easy to assemble, wide seats and lovely material. Love the colour! I couldn’t believe how quickly it arrived too. Thanks very much 😊
I love the way this sofa looks but it's not very comfortable unless you sit really far back on it. The cushions hang about 5cms over the edge of the base and the cushions flatten at the front. If I sit on the front of the sofa the feathers and foam go totally flat and I can literally feel the hard base through the flattened cushions. It's so bad I've made enquiries into getting new cushions made. The back cushions are really comfortable, it's the ones you sit on that are the problem. One positive is the material the sofa covers are made from are great. If you get a mark on them you can get it out with a wet cloth. But not particularly comfortable. It also has a tendency to roll forward. Where the back of the cushions are so much higher than the front which flatten ... Oh my gosh -Our experience with Mango has been amazing. Their customer service is unreal. They know they have a good product and the team at their office were lovely and went so in depth when we visited.This couch and Ottoman are so comfy and beautiful - we’ve received so many compliments and it’s our favourite piece of furniture in our house.Amazing experience, can’t recommend the team and products at Mango enough!
Our sage green cloud sofa has become a gorgeous and popular feature of our parent’s retreat. Our whole family, from cats, dogs, grand babies and, of course, ourselves, has made this sofa a go-to chill out spot. Black Mango service was professional and the delivery speedy. The colour is such a gorgeous shade of green, and it’s a breeze to put together. We thoroughly recommend this sofa and its accompanying ottoman.
