Clear photos for identifying the birds, well set out, very informative. Even when you aren't trying to find a bird you have seen it is interesting to look at the diverse species. It even has those rare ground parrots that were thought extinct.

I ordered this book for my husband while we were on holidays. We were watching so many bird species and wanted to find out exactly what they were. This book is full of beautiful photos, information and regions about Australian birds. This will definitely go on holidays with us in future.

I have bought many Aus bird books over the years but this one stands out from them all.Much larger numbers of different birds and great easy to match pictures with relevant info.Would recommend to anyone looking for an Aus bird identification and information book.
