Book is okay. A lot of the recipes are not what I would eat & living in a small country town ingredients are not easily accessible. Have decided to just try low carb low sugar instead of fast 800 diet because of this, but I do use some of the recipes in the book & I'm trying to do 16/8.

Having already purchased other books in the Fast 800 collection, I was very eager to get my hands on this one. It's full of brilliant recipes to add into your repertoire. Highly recommend if you are wanting to lose weight or just add some low carb options, and follow a keto diet that includes lean meat and substantial veggies. Lots of photos and easy for novice cooks to follow too.
Love this new book by Dr Mosley and Dr Bailey. I have some of their other books too and they're the only books I use now and I've had some of the recipes a few times now as they're so tasty. Looking forward to using this book as much as the rest as the recipes look really scrummy.
Fabulous recipes, with a large percentage of the recipes either vegetarian- friendly or fish dishes. Much better than 2 other books I've tried which seem to rely on cheese or protein powders to balance macros. Also has complete info, macros and calories, to make decisions really easy.
Just the greatest book ever all it says to do in the book is just eat lots of truck loads of bacon each and ever single day. would I recommend the book to someone though. I'm gonna say no yes just because it will make your mum finally not fat. ommams
I have cooked many of the recipes that came with Michael Moseley's Fast 800 Keto book, so I was excited to see additional recipes coming out in this book. They are just as good, just as tasty, and just as easy to make! My husband and I use this book, and the other Fast 800 recipes most days of the week and have no trouble keeping our weight in balance. I'd highly recommend it.
Every recipe we have made from this book from breakfasts to desserts has been quick and easy to make, uses simple easy to source ingredients and delicious. So easy to eat healthy food with this book!
Excellent advice for those starting out on keto/ low carb diet. Yummy recipes for both novice and experienced ketonians. I love it.
