We were having trouble with our walls as the previous owner did not undercoat so any paint we put on peeled off easily plus the quality of the walls was chalky, one coat of extra strength primer with this added in really changed the strength and finish of the walls and made it so much easier for putty and paint to stick. Saved us a lot of money not having to get a professional painter in

This product helped me enormously with some aqua-enamel on skirting boards. It really does make water-based paint stick. The down side is that you must work quickly because it starts to clog up the brush and its like glue in your brush if you take too long. It takes a while to get use to how much to use. A little goes a very long way.
