Love having this. I'm starting my own ginger ale and adding this to my kombucha. Of course you can also do with it like ginger without the grating.

I enjoy using this in salad dressings and for tea because making my own juice in some situations is time consuming and takes a LOT of ginger. You can also add it to many other kinds of sauces, making ice cream and more! Adds a nice kick to many dishes!

I like the convenience of it it saves me a lot of time. Sure I still process my own but I don't always have time and I use this in a drank I take daily. With this some raw apple cider vinegar lemon juice and cayenne pepper. It gives me energy and keeps my system clean and healthy.

I don't know what happened! I've been buying this product for years and loved it. I bought a grated bottle the other day and the smell was off. I returned it and bought another same problem. I notice a lot of reviews complaining about the same thing. Disappointing:(

Before the pandemic, we would go to the local farmer's market and buy pounds and pounds of ginger, then go home and juice it. Surely it wouldn't taste as fresh as our homemade ginger juice. Although ginger root and ginger juice are good for many things in our bodies, I buy them mainly for helping to keep my lungs clear and clean. I make a tea of green tea, ginger juice, lemon juice, and honey. Works wonders for me.

I love to have a mug of hot ginger drink in the evening, especially in winter. It's warming, has no caffeine to keep you awake, and is said to be good for digestion. I used to chop a piece of ginger into fine slices and steep it in water for at least 10-15 minutes to get a spicy effect. Adding boiling water to about a teaspoon of this pure ginger juice saves a lot of time & is spicier.

Such an easy way of adding ginger into whatever you want. I use it to add to lemon and honey already steeped in boiling water - it makes a great cold drink on a hot day and is a good antioxident - I also add bay leaves.
