I used egg replacement and this came out so well. I'm the only vegan in the family but everyone loved it (I topped with chocolate butter icing, made with Nuttelex. Yum!

For a cake that caters to so many allergies it’s absolutely wonderful! Comes out very rich and moist with a good taste, would definitely recommend it.

Most delicious cake ever!

This cake was even better than a non vegan cake! It was delicate and crumbly so tricky to serve but absolutely delicious! Our vegan guests were delighted and I'm buying more right now!

My daughter loves this!

One of my daughters (who is really fussy!) loves this cake. I don't really like it. It has a very distinct rice flour taste and a weird after taste. It is very easy to whip up tho.

Yum! I just made this today and my family loved it. It has a special dark chocolate flavour that is very more-ish. So easy to make and very delicious. I'll be trying more in this brand for sure.

Too sweet for me...

The cake mix was very easy to prepare, cooked well, and had a heavy texture - more like a mudcake than a sponge - which I liked. But it was way too sweet for me (I've been off sugar for several years) and I had to throw it away. I wish it hadn't been sweetened at all, and it would have been perfect.
