My skin needs a lot of help at my age and I’m lazy about looking after it. So when I find something that requires little effort, ie a drink of something that tastes good, it’s a no brainer. Good skin has never been so easy.

I was dubious about this product but decided to give it a try after reading other reviews and also having used Theresa’s fantastic recipes for years now! My kids won’t eat ‘normal’ cakes as they are so accustomed to the healthy versions! After one month my once brittle nails are noticeably stronger and shiny - they look like they have been buffed! Skin and hair look healthy too, but it’s the nails where I have noticed the biggest change.

I have just started using this healthy chef product so not a lot of result yet but already have noticed a healthier skin. The product is easy to drink and the taste pleasant.I look forward to more results as I stated this is my second week using it.All the other products I have used for years I swear by so I am sure this will be the same,
