Great! Better than I expected. A must have for any Zelda fan. The concept art in my opinion it's the best thing in this book. You could spend hours just by wondering:What if they went that way? Or that way? But yes, its also worth the read. I won't spoil anything, but there's a pretty good bonus at the end of the book. :)

This Collectible book is a neat piece to own. It is filled with A LOT of concept are from the Zelda Devs on all games(up to Skyward Sword). Also has a lot of extra info from the creators, their previous thoughts and Ideas for the games, what sprouted their ideas; etc. What I found most interesting, is their chronology of the games. The book is a nice, tall piece, making it feel like a collectible. Again, it's not a story or biography book, it's more illustrations and captions. But nonetheless, if you are a Zelda fan, I think it is a great piece to have.

A beautiful hard cover book with a smooth matte finish - it is full of information about almost all of the Zelda games, in sequence. Also includes concept art and a prequel comic to Skyward Sword.
I bought this book at first only to see the controversial official Nintendo Legend of Zelda timeline for myself. It had been out in japan for a good while before it got translated so it became a very known book in the rest of the world also. Now that i got it for myself i must say that this book is truly an amazing book to read and it has very good collectors value. But also the quality of the book is outstanding, everything feels sturdy and the paper is thick and nice feeling, nothing that will break easily. Will not spoil anything contained in the book but believe me, if you are a Legend of Zelda fan you will NOT be disappointed!
This book, is an absolute must have for ANY Legend of Zelda fan. Filled with illustrations, synopsis of each games story, and a timeline that brings them all together. The material of the book itself is high quality, I purchased the hardback version, and was not disappointed. I have been a long time collector of various video game memorabilia, and this is one of my very favorites. I waited for some time before purchasing, concerned that all i heard read on this book might be just hype, but i could not be more pleased. Looking it over, it is obvious that the designers of the game poured everything they could into this book. It is, in my opinion, the definitive Legend of Zelda collector's item.
I actually bought this book as a gift, but my boyfriend and I spotted it in Walmart one day, and we were enamored. The nerd in me would be content just to have this on my bookcase. It's a nice hardback, so it looks like it belongs there. I ordered right before Christmas and paid extra shipping. The tracking information told me it would not arrive until the Thursday after Christmas, which was very disappointing. However, it arrived Christmas Eve, as promised, so I was very happy with that.
