I had a great time putting this set together, and once built, kept playing with it. I replaced some of the gray pieces with black, and used an industrial sharpie marker to re-color the tan SNOT piece that the eye-gems slot into. I would have liked to add they triple spotlight arrays that are on the movie version of the Scuttler, but think they will look odd on this scaled down version. It is displayed lovingly on my shelf, and I intend to keep it around for awhile. This set relies heavily on stickers. I don't like having to apply the stickers, and the stickers never age nor wear well. I would much rather have printed parts.

I got this set as a birthday present last year. It is a very good and well though out set. It is a little challenging to build, but the finished product is worth it in the end.If you have little kids who loves the movie, I would not recommend this set due to it's challenges and fragile type. If you are a teen and/or adult who loves the movie, you would like this set. It offers a great variety of mini-figures and some really COOL functions. Thanks for the great set LEGO, keep it up!

Wow!!! this is the best Lego Batman movie set, any Tumbler set is the best for a Batman Lego set, but this is definitely the best Lego Batman movie set. It looks like a friggin bat, so cool. Plus you have Batman, Robin, officer Gordon and Barbara too, I mean the whole family :-). Don't lose the opportunity to live this Bat-Experience, you won't regret it!!!

Great scuttler toy
17 February 2018

Lego batman scuttler is really good. Once you figure out how to move it it is great! Comes with the net but not the jetpack because I found out that was part of the batman figure. My only problem is it comes almost built so you don't get to build it yourself. And there is no instructions for the parts that you did have to put on. Comes quickly when you by it but be ready for it to come in a box not to do with Lego.

Great set! Great Value.

My wife and I bought this set for our daughter for her 9th birthday. This is all she wanted, She is a huge Batman fan and a certified lego maniac. She put 90% of it together herself but had some difficulty making sure the leg joints were snapped together properly. This where Daddy came in.She did take lots of breaks to play with the minifigs and it did take a few days to get together. If I added up all the time it did take her about 4 hrs or so. Pretty good I would say.It was a good build for her and she had a great time putting it together. I would highly recommend it!

Limit 20?! It's not enough :D

I love this set. It's amazing. If I could afford it I would have one in every room of my house........and then I'd buy a bigger house just so I'd have more rooms to fill. It's brilliant. It's really big. It actually makes the Batcave look small.Comparing this to Arkham asylum I think it's got every advantage. All of the Minifigures are awesome especially Poison Ivy of course. The only downside to this set are the stickers. The large translucent one that covers the large cockpit is difficult to position and as I've learnt it can't be peeled off to reposition it. Watch out for that if you're planning to buy this. Which you should......we all should :D.

Love it!
28 February 2017

I LOVE this set, as soon as I saw there was a Scuttler set I had to have it! It was pretty easy to put together, might be a bit challenging for a young kid to put together on their own but I don't have kids so what do I know? haha! I do agree with the other reviewers about the stickers, The clear stickers don't look wonderful up against the bricks, it almost looks like the stickers are stuck on a textured surface instead of a smooth surface. I think LEGO needs to go back to opaque stickers that are the colour of the bricks and save the clear stickers for the times when stickers need to go on clear bricks. Even with the thing about the stickers it's still an awesome LEGO set and I'm super happy with it!! :D

Pretty cool set
25 January 2017

Yeah, like the title says, it's pretty cool. I really like the new Poison Ivy and the new Joker is okay. Not too crazy about his new face and hair, but maybe that's to tie into the movie coming out soon. As for the set itself, it's neat. Nice to see a set that isn't the Batplane, or Batmobile. If there's one thing I don't like, it's the thin, cheap printing on the faces. The set is brand new and Batman's black eye band is almost see-through, and this a problem with 99% of all of your guys newer sets too. Like I still have sets from years ago and none or few of them have their face/body printing rubbing off. Not a huge deal because of his cowl covers most of the head, but I would like more printing on the minifigures' faces and bodys in future sets. Batman or otherwise.

Best build yetCons:The net doesn't really want to stay in the cannon, that feels nit picky but I don't like leavings the Cons empty.Pros:The Scuttler is awesome: it's legs move, it's head moves, it's cannon moves, it's sturdy, it's fun to play with, it looks cool. The minifigures are great. I was excited to get both past and present Commissioner Gordon's. Ivy and her vines is very cool. Richard "Dick" Grayson is such a great character and I'm so glad to have him. I already have a Joker, but I turned this ones head a different direction so he has a different face. Batman is also there, I have about 20 of him but it definitely makes sense to be in this set.Overall:I usually check the box "Who did you purhcase this for?" and write my daughter, or ... MoreBest build yetCons:The net doesn't really want to stay in the cannon, that feels nit picky but I don't like leavings the Cons empty.Pros:The Scuttler is awesome: it's legs move, it's head moves, it's cannon moves, it's sturdy, it's fun to play with, it looks cool. The minifigures are great. WHY the stickers!!!!!
16 February 2017

This is an extremely good set. It comes with six very nice minifigures. The build process is very neat, with lots of sideways building and such. The finished model looks very nice, except for the stickers! Lego stickers USED to be opaque and looked very nice, since any air bubbles were invisible. Now, they are translucent and look surprisingly bad. I really with that lego would bring back opaque stickers.
