This ultra-warm layer has a durable ripstop outer, oversized down baffles and can be stowed in its right-hand pocket when temperatures rise. The vest features a Khumbu Climbing Center patch on the right chest and 700 fill goose down for warmth. It also has an embroidered logo on the left chest and back-right shoulder, and a VISLON center front zip. The fabric is made with recycled nylon, and the vest has the oversized logos of the original '96 vest. The design is inspired by the iconic lines of our 1996 Nuptse Vest. The vest has an internal drawcord with cord locks at the hem for adjustability, a non-PFC DWR finish for added water repellency, and original shiny ripstop fabric for added durability.
