I bought these boots as a gift for my wife. She's an 8.5 in every other shoe she's ever owned , however these are too small for her. I emailed customer support after submitting my return and they were entirely unhelpful in getting an exchange instead of refund. Very disappointed with TNF. I've been a customer for many years but likely not anymore.

These boots are bigger and bulkier than I anticipated, but I imagine that is part of staying warm in the winter. The ankle area is stiff such that I can't tie the laces tight in order to allow my lower leg room to move inside the boot without the top rim of the boot hurting my leg. The laces are a bit short so you can't double knot so I'm not sure how often they may become undone while walking. The sole seems comfortable but I think I need more arch support. Overall, they look well made and I like the colors--I just don't like them in person as much as I did online.

Great relationship between quality and price.I ordered these boots as a gift for my husband and he loved it. Not being the first one I've bought from the brand, I especially love this type of range that offers features for more informal use and on rainy days, but at the same time they look great in a more formal look.
As a lady with gigantic feet, I can only buy men’s shoes. I needed some hiking boots that weren’t massively bulky and so I got these. And they’re great. Had to wear them in on about 6 dog walks and now they’re great. Highly recommend.
I absolutely love these boots. They look great and are so comfortable and warm. I did read previous reviews and bought a size up, a few people said they ordered their original size and they were too snug. I'm glad I read their reviews as mine fit perfectly.
These are fab, such lovely colours and beautifully designed - super sturdy and waterproof for all our delightful English weather. However every pair of shoes I have are size 6, these in the 6 were far too small.The 6.5 also too small, I’m yet to receive my ordered size 7, but highly hopeful they’ll finally fit!
I just adore this shoes. It is the third time I have them. I was super happy when I knew they were back in the worldmarket. They are light, warm , confortable and really waterproof. I I also like they are antidérapantes. I just miss the second pair of different colour that laces northface provided before.
Had the biggest trouble even trying to get a refund (which I never got). These boots arrived, was super excited and then I realized that the left boot had clearly been worn as the suede like material was already pulling and I just took them out the box. Customer service was horrendous and ASOS are becoming known for these issues. I love North Face and have many of their items, will definitely only buy direct from here on out!
I have tired to purchase these on 2 occasions now. First on was to small so sent back and reordered in a bigger size.The box had the right description and size and right colour.Opened to black and purple , a size bigger then I ordered.Took them out to see they had also been worn, had dirt on and laces had been well worn too.I did speak to someone online who helped me and sent photo over.
