Best winter house slippers ever

Ok, I ignored the first request to write a review. But, these are indeed the best winter slippers I’ve ever had. I know they are designed for more noble pursuits than watching a movie, but if you get cold feet when it’s -30, these are for you. Even if you are inside and wearing your pj’s. Super awesome. I ordered a half size larger than my standard runner size. Fit well with thick wool socks.

I'm in love.

I've never been one to wear slippers in my 30 years of life. One reason is that I did not want some grandpa-looking fuzzy boat shoe. I splurged on these, and now I will never NOT wear slippers. These things are great!I got them because my new house's wood floors are chilly in the winter, and my feet would get dirty, and I also needed a good slipper for winter trips in my van, and for camping trips. It is not so much of a splurge with all of those uses!My feet are kept super warm with these. So warm that I have to wear socks with these or else my feet sweat. Note: gross, please wear socks with these, I can imagine the down would be super difficult to get wash and stench out of. They are easy to get on and off, and you can also slip them on with the back flap ... MoreI've never been one to wear slippers in my 30 years of life. Finally, the outsole is pretty substantial if you need to romp around outside with them on.I am normally a shoe size 10 or 10.5, and I bought the size 10. They fit perfectly. A little bit snug, but the 11's would have been too loose.Go for it. Treat yo'self. You'll never take them off! I'm sitting here at my computer writing this with them on right now even.

LOVE these Winter Certified!

This fit is great, I would suggest getting your normal shoe size, they give you just enough room to stretch your feet out in which I think you want in a camp shoe/slipper! especially when you been climbing or hiking all day! They keep your feet warm but I can def. still see wearing these in the spring and early summer. I use them for my shoe when I get out of the river on the Eastcoast in the winter from my cold plunge so you know they are winter certified!! NorthFace with the great gear again, from the Streets to the mountains they go ya covered and not many companies can say that!!!!!!

Looks good on the outside, not so much on the inside
18 March 2023

I wanted cozy slippers to replace my UGGs. And also slippers to wear outside when I get the mail, Uber eats, or even a quick run to CVS. These are comfy and look dope. However, the insole logo has pretty much been disintegrated after one use. Sure, it's the inside, who cares? I could always get new insoles. But for $75 you'd think the logo would be intact. That's like a brand's nightmare. Well, I might just peel the logo off to save me the headache. Anyways, I wish I bought these on sale. Still low-key dope though.

Incredibly warm and comfortable. The only thing why I rate it 4 stars is because the logo inside the insole disappears because of friction and heat. Nevertheless It is the perfect sliders for fast walkout of home for getting the mail, taking out the dog or just a small walk around the block. I literally see people walking in malls with these or even simply for main ootdoor shoe. You can use them as you want but if you don’t want to sert with th outdoor but on some coton sucks because with the nylon interior you can easily sweat I these because they are so warm. On my side I wear them on my balcony in the winter so I can bbq all year round instead of putting my big snow boots these fit perfectly for in and out situation. Cheers buy them.

Perfect for the depths of Winter
21 January 2024

A true base camp slipper. Good grip sole gives a good thermal layer from cold floors, walking the dog or around the campfire. Prefer this sole over the traction mules The down is a serious step up in warmth from the thermoball models. Almost too much for around the house.( especially barefoot.)Fit is looser than the thermoball styles. Like the back pull loop and fold flat heel for quicker access. Not a fan of the oversized branding….no need to shout the fact that they are NF.

Quality, but a little too tight on the top of my foot
16 March 2024

Hello,Well bummed out I loved the color but for some reason they're too tight. I purchased two nuptse mules same size this one, and one in denim but this item was too tight on the top of my foot and the denim item fits good right out of the box. I was hoping this one fit good because like I said love the color. But anyway I had to return them and I'm going to keep the denim version instead, do to the better fit. Thx and have a good day.

The most comfortable slipper/mule I've ever had
17 April 2024

These mules are easily the most comfortable slippers I've ever had. They did feel a tiny bit tight the first day but after 24 hours they stretched to my size perfectly, just like a pair of jeans would. I've previously owned the NSE Tent Mule III which were comfortable enough, but only come in fixed sizes - M, L, XL, none of which fitted me correctly. These ones come in individual sizes and fit like a glove, and the sole is so comfortable it feels like your feet are resting on a soft bed.I read another review here about them not being "warm enough", well unless you have extremely cold feet then these are nice and warm without making your feet sweat. The NSE Tent Mule III did actually make my feet too warm sometimes, but these ones regulate the temperature perfectly ... MoreThese mules are easily the most comfortable slippers I've ever had. The NSE Tent Mule III did actually make my feet too warm sometimes, but these ones regulate the temperature perfectly which should also improve the hygiene. I was a bit sceptical about the rubber outer sole because I liked the soft sole of the other ones, but honestly, rubber is better in the long run as it's more durable and you can use them outside if you want to. It's also nice to have a bit of grip when you're walking. 9.5/10 highly recommended.

Toasty warm sleeping bags for your feet
9 February 2024

The Nuptse Mules are exactly the slippers I was looking for. Durable outsole grippy and dense enough to keep your feet safe as camp shoes, smooth enough not to track things around inside as slippers. Memory foam insoles to keep your foot supported but free to move. Upper is holding up so far and I don't anticipate any problems based on the construction and materials used. Upper is more dense than I expected from the pictures which is good for overall structure but still soft and cozy and toasty warm on the inside. If your feet tend to sweat, you're going to want a thin pair of socks to keep the inside from getting sweaty because your feet will be warm! Great purchase!! Would definitely recommend and buy again!

Warm and Comfy
26 January 2023

These are great for pre/apres ski, walking the dogs in the cold, lounging around the house, and anything else you'd want a slipper with a solid outsole for. The ease of slipping on and off combined with the grippy/sturdy outsole is the primary reason I went for a slipper like this in the first place. They deliver on both those needs. They fit snug and keep my feet warm while gearing up for the days adventures. I originally debated between these and a higher ankle version, but decided that if I needed that much coverage I'd likely choose a true boot instead. I typically wear a size 11.5 in most shoes, but chose the 11 to have a more secure fit and they fit like a glove.
