These shoes are great on the trails as well as around town. Very comfortable! Would definitely buy them again.
First impression of these shoes is off the charts. Incredible build quality and feel. I admit, I have not taken them outside of the urban jungle where I reside - but I have already walked 20+ miles in them. They are as supportive as any running shoe I have ever been fitted for. I have cranky feet, and these keep them completely soothed no matter how far I walk in them. I have worn them on slick surfaces and the grip is excellent. I truly expect these to become one of my go-tos and have them in heavy rotation for the foreseeable future.
I have worn these Monday to Friday to walk the dogs for under two months cleaning them after each use. They have started to let water in already despite boasting to be impenetrable, the grip is also really poor and has been since the day I started wearing them.I would avoid buying these
The hinking shoe is very soft and cushy with borderline stability, this is comfortable but firm with very good stability. The outer sole has great treads that will grab the ground. The uppers are a tight fabric but breathable. The tongue is thin but has a vinyl-like coating that makes it waterproof. The inners are like a quality running shoe.This shoe is a premium item made with quality materials and great workmanship. These will last for years. It is hard for me to find fault with these. If you are looking for quality lightweight summer hiking shoes you found it.
The shoes look great, but they're narrower than the Fastpacks. And the heel portion sits lower, so my heel slides out just a hair every time I take a step. So I chose the Fastpack over this.
I bought these for urban walks.Sizing is good (8.5 fits 8.5), the last is medium (100mm myself), Vectiv sole shape is a bit weird at first (like being in a rocking chair Vs classic armchair), comfortable and easy to wear.But seams have issues. After 1 month, they started to separate from the body at the crease in the front.I brought them back for another, same model.... 2 weeks after, same issue.I've returned them for another model (as TNF doesn't do refunds just vouchers), I can't remember what it was, 2 weeks after the toe protection started to unstick.I had no problem returning them to the shop (nice staff in Leeds) but I have concerns about the quality of the TNF shoes.Still have my voucher (it last 3 years though).
