I am 5"8 and 180 pounds and a small fit me just right so it tells you how it isn't a norm in sizing. Overall I like this for a day when you need a warm medium thick fleece

The Men's Alpine Polartec 200 Full-Zip Jacket that I purchased is really excellent in terms of the fit, style, and color not to leave out the warmth of the fleece fabric that it is made of. I wear it to go to the gym before I work out and wear it again after I workout when I go to eat in a 5 star restaurant. It is a versatile jacket that looks sporty yet has an expensive appearance which can be worn in a formal party setting!

I’m nothing but the man in the middle but I can tell you that Northface fits me really well. This is a medium weight, polar fleece and is very comfortable. The thing I love the most about North face is the sleeve length. I take a size large, and with most companies and most of their jackets the sleeve is just too long but with north face the sleeve is just right. Since I found, I typically won’t buy any other jackets just because of the fit and of course the quality is always top-notch no matter what you get. I highly recommend this jacket for a middleweight fleece jacket. It’s great for temperatures anywhere between 9°C and 18°C. Can’t go wrong with black this jacket runs true to size

Wanted Polartec fleece. I got it in this NF pant. Using them as a very cold weather base layer/ long John. The Alpine pant uses the medium weight 200 Polartec. It is very cozy comfortable, and has fantastic thermal properties. Do not feel sweaty in them. I love this aqua color as it is something quite different.
What I liked most about the North Face Alpine Polartec 200 was the comfort and the fit... Not too bulky but just right for warmth and freedom of movement. The only thing that I didn't like was that they were out of the color black when I purchased the other available colors. LOL!!! They're the best...
Got this as a gift for my hot-natured husband. He loves it and we recently took it as his only jacket on a trip to Tennessee. He was almost too warm during the day in the 50s and it was perfect at night when temps dropped to 30s. He loves the full zip (no messing up hair to take it on and off) and the fleece is thin but super warm. Unlike his cheaper version, Lint and fuzz don't seem to gravitate to this one or stick to it.Lightweight and warm and it goes with everything. We got the black/blue option. Size is perfect as he's XL at 6'2" and 210. Would definitely recommend!
Been about 6 years since my last purchase of a TNF Polartec product. It was a Summit Series 1/4 top and pant for skiing and sailing.This product is great and has the Polartec feel to it. Quick warmth, breathes and quick to dry. The jacket is a typical TNF Large fit which is one of the reason I have so much TNF products. It's a 200 weight but the style looks like Denali with the extra material in the shoulders.In the could have done better area, the zipper could have been more robust/heavier, cuffs better with elastic and jacket hemi has shoe lace size draw string that you have to tie.Btw I bought the pants too.
I have other full zip jacket. This one fits better and gives you more warmth than other less know brands. It is neither too loose or too tight for its size. I wear it inside since I prefer not to rely too much on just heating all of my rooms. I am considering keeping one for home and one for the office so I guess this is a good indication that this product serves it’s purpose.
