I have ZERO irritation, not even redness. It's been a miracle product for me.I use the "Buffet" and "Cold Pressed Rosehip Oil" in my regimen as well and highly recommend. My entire 7 product The Ordinary skincare regimen was only $60, the price of ONE MID-RANGE skincare product from brands with similar ingredients (drunk elephant, Sunday Riley, etc.) This is my truthful and honest review. I hope these products work as well for you as they have me. My skin has NEVER looked better. I tell anyone who will listen, BUY THESE PRODUCTS. At the price, it's worth trying, nothing to lose! I bought this last month and I am really disappointed: the products came in a very deceptive packaging with the moisturizer being much smaller. I have very dry skin using the moisturizer actually made me break out more (been using it for 3 weeks now). In the picture you can see that at the time of the first (!!!!) usage the Squalane cleanser was almost empty already (although sealed). I do not recommend this product.

I purchased this as I was looking to try out more of The Ordinary products and this just hit the spot. It's a great set for anybody who's looking to bring more moisture to their skin and is a perfect all rounder for any skin type. If you're looking for some multiple special skincare features that other products contain - then this might not be for you as I would describe this as a good basic set. However, this is a brilliant selection for gifting and introducing some people to the concept of a 'skincare routine', including older teens. Also, I love travelling with these for a slightly longer get away as the products are just big enough for a trip longer than 3 days, yet not overly huge like you might have on your bathroom shelf. Definitely a good buy for me!
Great set - all 3 pair well together!I love the cleanser - it's my go-to first cleanse at night.I recently got into the HA serum. When in rotation (I don't use everyday), I use it at night and wake up looking super plump! It can pill, or roll, on the skin, so I don't use it in the day (as I don't want stuff peeling off my face! or it to negatively impact my suncreen application).Love the moisturizer. I have oily, reactive skin (I'm that friend who gives you all their products that caused a reaction after one try, but work wonders for you) and this never causes redness, breakouts or anything negative. Some might need something a bit more moisturizing for the dryer months, but given the price point of this set you can't go wrong.
This is a brilliant set, especially for people getting into skincare or people who are using the ordinary products for the first time. The cleanser has a nice creamy consistency and it does a good job at removing make-up and cleansing the skin. Both the moisturiser and the hyaluronic acid serum leave my skin feeling nice and smooth and hydrated. Overall, this is a lovely set and I definitely recommend it!
The combo of all the products pairs perfectly. I have been wanting to be more committed to skin care and planning to use the daily set for at least a month but it has only been a week and I am seeing results! My skin is less dry in places and oily in others, it all seems to be consistent now and makeup is even applying better. I think if you are interested try the daily set with this product. I also bought the glycolic toner which I am enjoying, my pores already seem minimized. I can’t believe how much more smooth my face feels in a short time. Also my go to as it is VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE!
Let me share my story. I never had acne in my life. Then, all of a sudden I started to breakout not knowing why. I finally decided to go see a dermatologist who told me I had adult acne. I used the products my dermatologist recommended me and it did not help at all. I finally decided to research The Ordinary and oh my gosh, I took the test and followed their instructions on using the recommended products these 3 being on my list. My acne started to go away and my skin started looking healthier. I still break out time to time but I don’t think I have acne anymore. I especially love the borage seed oil and the SolutionAHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution. I hope ordinary never stop making these wonderful products!!
I bought a 3 piece pack last week - squalene cleanser, hyalaronic acid serum and the moisturiser for dry skin and I am over the moon impressed. I’ve used them all twice a day for less than a week and my skin is baby’s butt soft!I’d heard this is good but wow!The squalene cleanser melts into your skin lifting all dirt and makeup off. AND it comes off with a damp wash cloth - didn’t even need to be really warm.I would definitely buy again!
I bought this a week ago and my skin has really improved in 3-4 days of use. My face skin was very dry, flaky and itchy. I was desperate for something to calm it down while waiting for a treatment from my GP so I bought this asap , although I tried hyaluronic acid from Ordinary before I never tried the whole set. I could see improvement just in few days. I was amazed and so happy to get back to normal. It suits perfectly for dry and sensitive skin. It is important to not over do it though as I've seen some people not happy about the consistency of the some of the product, as long as you don't put to much, everything will go smoothly. And hyaluronic acid needs to be put on wet face to see the results. So thank you for this amazing stuff!
