I was a little dubious at first because of previous experiences with guarana but have been pleasantly surprised! As with all the patch remedy patches what sets them apart is the synergy of the ingredients. I add to energy:focus and metabolise and if I have an extra big day daily detox and it is an awesome mix for my work day :)
I pair this patch with the focus patches during the day and I don't get the 2-3pm brick wall anymore. I last longer at work and I'm more focused. Highly recommended.
I wasn’t sure to start with but bought them to try as I lack energy as I have low iron counts. But this does truly get me through my day especially at work. Definitely will be back to buy more and even try some others.
I like to use the Energy Patches on days when I have high energy exercise classes. The patches give me a boost and I prefer to use a patch as opposed to swallowing a supplement due to the way the body absorbs the patch. No stomach involved!
With my busy work life these patches have been a life saver for my energy and immune system, I wear them every day and at might I use the sleep patches with lavender they work better with helping me sleep than the melatonin tablets I had been taking for years. I highly recommend getting on board with The Patch Remedy.
I was surprised that I did feel better when I used this ‘energy’ patch. Put it on in the morning and I usually slow down in the afternoon but I kept moving and achieved more that day - if not for the patch would have taken two days !
I was sceptical at first, however, was really impressed by them all. The magnesium was particularly beneficial to me as was the sleep patchThey both contributed to good quality sleep, I use regularly them.The energy and metabolism ones also I have found great, as a regular gym goer, they seem to give me sustained energy without the slam and drop.So much easier than trying to swallow yet another tablet!
