There are two different cuisines in this region, one which is based on typical Indian regional fare and also known as the spiciest food in India. The other face of this cuisine has been influenced by the Mughals who ruled Hyderabad for many generations. These Mughals came from Persia and Turkey and as such preferred their food creamy, yoghurty and mild in spice. These dishes exist today in tandem with spicier, more typical, Indian fare. This dish is where both cuisines come together.

This was my first time using Spice Taylor product. Easy to follow instructions produced a lovely meal suitable for all thr family. Enough spice for the adults and enough creaminess for the kids.

Very easy to make, with all the ingredients in separate pouches. Tastes great, hotter and bolder than the usual korma. Great with rice or chicken, but would work very well with anything really.

I love these quick and easy meal kits and this one is no exception with the curry being ready in close to 10 minutes. Tried it with chicken which worked well. In terms of the red korma flavour, it has a nice tomato and onion flavour and has a bit more spice than the standard korma but still needs some extra chilli/chilli flakes added if you do like it spicy.

I really enjoyed this curry sauce. It was spicier than a standard korma.Great with chicken.Easy to follow instructions on the reverse of the packaging.
I love the Spice Tailor curries -the butter chicken and Keralan are delicious - but this was simply inedible (quite literally, as it ended up in bin). Dry, dusty, catch in the back of your throat curry with an unpleasant taste and an even worse aftertaste. Not in the slightest bit creamy, and not remotely delicious.
Enjoyed this Korma kit. Simple steps to make, good portion size and tastes authentic. Nice aromas and texture. Hint of sweetness and nice spicy kick. Would buy again.
I used this with Quorn and it turned out to be a lovely curry. I usually find Kormas very mild and creamy but this was a bit spicier and less rich, which was really nice.Really easy to use and made for fast cooking time.
nice sauce. very quick meal and simple to use. it really takes 10mins. i just stir fry the chicken and then add the sauce. great with rice
I enjoyed making and eating this. It’s nice to have the individual bags of ingredients as the curry can be further customised to taste. I would have said it is not as spicy as initially indicated on the packet
I was very pleasantly surprised by this kit. I added sweet potato, some chopped fresh tomatoes and a tin of coconut milk and left out the dried chilli - my fussy children loved it. It tastes like its homemade and doesnt include any strange ingredients. I will buy it again as it will be so useful to have in the cupboard. With a squeeze of lime and fresh coriander Id be happy serving this to grown- up guests too.
