This was a new one to me, and I made it with chicken. It comes across as an 'earthy' taste, but very full-flavored, and quite warm(not hot). The family deemed this to be comparable to our favourite, the Fiery Goan, high praise indeed. We'll be getting this again, albeit via mail order as the Winnersh Sainsburys doesn't stock it...

We had our Chettinad Curry last night and found it absolutely delicious. It was full of flavour with fully satisfied our taste buds and will definitely buy again. I'd we had one criticism, we found it rather dry and we love a really good "liquid" sauce so next time we'll probably add some water to it to make a good sauce, saying that I hope adding the water doesn't ruin the taste but we both thought it was far to dry but the taste was superb.

We had this last night and both agreed that it is delicious. The flavour is complex and the degree of heat very subtle. Our favourite is still the Mangalore Roasted Coconut, but we will definitely be buying more of the Chettinad for sure! Keep 'em coming!

We just love the taste of this curry and cannot get it at our local Supermarket.They stopped stocking it for some reason. It has the lowest sugar content of all the range, so good for my diabetic husband. We would love to see more low sugar selection especially Tikka Massala. Niche, I know, but huge untapped customer base.
The spices were zapped in a nano second in my Nutri bullet, to which I added my chopped chicken thighs.The sauces were added as per instructions with the result that a delicious spicy meal was enjoyed by my wife and I. Thoroughly recommended,
Used this kit with chicken and mixed peppers. It was excellent. The whole family enjoyed it. Looking forward to the next one.
We were very happy to find that this is a delcious curry (we weren't so sure intially from the ingredients but Spice Taylor is usually so good we gave it a go). It was absolutely delicious. We made it with'What the Cluck' as we are vegan and combined it with cardomom flavoured basmati rice. No pictures as we ate it all up! Sorry!
Tried various similar products, but Spice Tailor wins hands down. Trying the whole range, but so far, Southern Chettinad is our absolute favourite. Restaurant quality, and so easy to prepare. Highly recommended ..
We have a tried quite a few of the 'The Spice Tailor' range, and always return to this one as our 'goto' favourite. So easy to prepare, fabulous flavours and just enough heat, make this one hard to beat in our household. My only gripe, is that it is becoming more difficult to find! It is no longer stocked in my local Tesco or Morrisons, so it seems that we can only now get it online, which is a great shame.
We tried the Southern Chettinad curry with chicken. Like all other Spice Tailor kits it was easy to prepare. We found it very tasty with for us just the right amount of heat.
