Have not had a Thai curry since the start of the March 2020 lockdown. Superb authentic tasting green curry, easy to make and enjoyed with coconut rice. Having received this for free, I decided to give it a go on a vegetarian green curry, packed with vegetables. It really is one of the tastiest green curries that I?ve had, that haven?t been made from scratch. It is rather hot, beyond what my teen son would touch, but I planned for that. It has a nice tang to it, and the flavour coats the vegetables nicely. It was plenty of sauce to feed 3 adults. Although this seems rather expensive at first, it does come with coconut milk, so this does not need to be added, bringing it on par with other paste costs. Will definitely be buying this again for when my son wants a burger!

I loved this. We had been out all day and needed something substantial and healthy, and the Thai Green Curry was so quick to make. I really enjoyed the perfect balance of the freshness, the chilli, and the deep creamy coconut. We ate it between the two of us, but I could have eaten it all! I have bought more for the store cupboard; it keeps for ages.

First time tried and feel a little let down by the lack of ‘spices’ which was just a chilli and cardamom seeds. The flavour was actually really great and simple steps but it’s quite expensive for what you get, I.e. no rice and you have to of-course by the veg and meat. Overall good taste but not great value.
Quick and easy meal to make. Simple instructions to follow. Taste was OK, more of a creamy taste than coconut and could do with a bit more paste for more flavour. Good portion size and good that you can add or leave the chilli depending how spicy you like it.

This sauce was so easy to use. I used a wok and prepared a chicken curry at lunch time. I added some extra fresh veg too. I was thoroughly delighted with the end result. I love Thai food and this sauce was very flavorsome. A little bit on the expensive side so I'll probably purchase again when on promotion.
Our spice / aromatics pack consists of 4 peppercorns / 1 chilli / khafir Lime leafs !!This can hardy be called aromatics & Spices !!The curry paste was sufficientThe coconut milk was not enough, i had to buy extra to ensure there was enough sauce in the curry.
I finally got around to cooking this yesterday using chicken and it was very nice and up to the usual standards of the range I have tried to date. Whilst it was not my favourite to date, it was still a great dish. The simplicity of cooking it compared to the amazing taste on the plate is a joy. I have tried so many of these products to date and will continue trying the range and buying more of the ones we love. Thank you Spice Tailor.
I would highly recommend this. Perhaps not the best Thai green curry I've ever had, but pretty tasty none the less, and extremely easy to make. You literally just fry some chicken or prawns or whatever, add the sauce, and it's done - far better than most sauces from jars too.
