Used this with Quorn and broccoli.It's a nice gentle flavour. Milder than most thai curries I've had before but easy to use and is pleasant.The main benefit is it's very quick to prepare.

I have tried 3 or 4 other Spice Tailor kits (all Indian) and have really enjoyed them. This was at best average - very bland with just a generic curry flavour. I couldn't pick up any obvious Thai flavours. Note the description on the packet says 'a blend of Indian Spices'!
The flavour is amazing. Fairly straight forward to make with simple instructions. The smell as it cooks really gets your stomach rumbling. I cooked it with white fish which was just perfect. I do feel that these are quite expensive for what they are but this one is worth it due to the flavour.
I cooked this curry using ‘Rib Eye Steak’, sliced with green pepper & potatoes, garlic/ginger & shallot, boiled Basmati rice.I followed cooking instructions.My conclusion - did not taste coconut as it was bias water, thought taste was really aromatic.My experience eating this curry in Thai Restaurants in Europe did not compare, sorry but ‘too aromatic’.Will not be part of my Asian choice.
Purchased 5 different sauces recently and this was the 2nd one we tried. Lovely, doing a curry night on a Friday and had this with prawns. Really tasty, not thick but soaks up nicely with the rice and a bit of nann bread. Recommend.
While cooking the curry smelt absolutely amazing, but the final taste wasnt as flavourful as expected. Did like that the spices, curry paste and coconut milk are in separate sachets, as it feels fresher than jar sauces. Super quick to cook and still tastes great.
The free spice for the prawn curry was exceptional. I loved it so much that I put an order in for 2 bundles. That has just arrived. My daughter and I have dinner together on Mondays. So we’ll be having Curry from this Monday in
Enjoyed this very much. Think we have tried (and reviewed!) all the Spice Tailor products. Saturday night is Spice Tailor night lol! The Massaman did not disappoint. Why eat out when you can make pretty authentic dishes at home. I love that they are tweakable if you so wish, or very good just as they are! Overall favourites are still Rendang and Mangalore Roasted coconut.......but that's just personal taste!
