I pushed the reader, uncomfortably at times to take a deep look inside themselves to find what is truly important to them.Mark Manson is brutally honest and truthful about his live and his experiences! If this book isn't on your must read list it should be, and if it is, read it!See my review on my YouTube channel, Style By Joe

I'm about half way through this book and it's helped my marriage a lot already. Communication and other things that seem impossible or difficult to repair in a relationship with anyone - this book gives you a perspective like no other self help book will. You'll learn how to be brutally honest with yourself and others so your life can improve and that happiness isn't a constant state of mind that can be achieved permanently, it's actually a task that needs effort put into. Having lots of money or stuff doesn't mean you'll be happy! Learn to prioritise the f*cks you give otherwise you'll be stressed and irritated forever!

Everybody Should Read This! OR LISTEN!
3 September 2020

Truly wonderful, life changing book that everybody should read. OR listen to! The audio version is fantastic! The reader is really great and puts a lot of feeling into his story-telling. There are also funny voices. I cannot recommend this enough. I was having some real troubles and this has really helped put them all in perspective.

Loved this book, I don't think it was life changing or anything but it was very thought provoking. Glad I read it when I did! Just made me step back and assess what was taking up time in my life.

Useless
2 April 2021

Nothing of substance. Useless and not original. Just self conscious platitudes about how wonderful the author is. Don't waste your money.
