I bought the Theragun prime for my partner at Christmas, and he swears that this is the best present he’s ever received. Being someone who has struggled with back and neck problems due to heavy labour work, previously he has seen Chiropractors and was always getting massages but this Theragun has replaced both! It really does wonders; he loves the choice of attachments to really get into the muscles and the fact he can hold it himself is a major plus ( I love it because I can give him a massage without my hands/arms getting sore )Honestly 10/10 would recommend this to anyone as It’s easy and effective and does exactly what it describes, it’s essentially the best hand held deep tissue massage you will ever get 🙌🏽

Having read all the good reviews and with the discount I decided to buy this massage gun. However, despite the claim that the gun has some brushless technology and is quieter than an electric toothbrush, it is the noisiest massage gun I've ever tried. It has a high pitched squeal and a very noisy motor that makes it almost unbearable to use for more than a few minutes. This cannot be right and I'm wondering if it's faulty. Also the lowest setting is incredibly strong. Very disappointed.

After using it for a while, I do say, for what I use it for, mostly home use, its more than enough. have no issues with resistance levels, so its perfect what what I need. level 1 speed is already strong enough for regular people like me, which means battery life lasts quite a long time. on level 1, I only need to charge it once every month, for a person who uses it 4 - 5 times a week. good quality. I like the buttons,, very simple and easy to use, dont really need the LCD thing as all you need to know is the speed anyways. execllent material, looks durable, and soft in the hands, for what its worth, i very recomend it

The Theragun Prime is a game changer! The mobile app is well designed, making it easy to choose and customise my massage experience with pre-programmed routines being a fantastic addition, providing a convenient and effective warm up. The massage itself feels absolutely amazing and melts away muscle tightness and tension in no time. The only drawback is that it can be a little loud, which occasionally disturbs my husband during TV time or in bed. Nonetheless, it's an incredible device!
This might seem expensive, but we decided that, as it was the equivalent of about 4 decent sport massages, it was worthwhile for us as it will last for such a long time. We are a family that run, we often have aches, stiff muscles, hamstring woes and bad backs. Well the pummelling this massager gives out really is effective. We had the Therabody demonstrated to us at the Marathon Expo so we knew it was effective, but we preferred to buy from John Lewis. So far only my daughter has downloaded the app but she has used both in conjunction and is impressed. Christmas is coming - if you want to give the runner in your life a great present, you won't go wrong.

I found this to be a great massage tool. I liked the design of the handle, the massage levels and the therabody app. I've used it on some of my aches and it works well, I did not rate it a 5 star because I felt the controls need to be improved. Once it is turned on (you see the three charging lights) i have some difficulty in starting the massager going by depressing the top arrow. It does not respond easily and I have to keep fiddling with it and using more force than I would expect. My petite wife would have a lot of difficulty with it.The controls should probably be a "hard" switch or something like it. I have a Thumper and the controls are very easy to use.

When I first used it on my legs I was very tender but the more I use it the easier it is so I'm seeing a huge impact and my recovery time after exercise has gone down and I don't get as achy the day after.It's quite heavy and big but definitely packs a punch, it also comes with a bag you can store it in which keeps all the different bits together so you don't lose them.
