The flavor is good and I like that it has natural ingredients but bust be prepared for it to burn a little like listerine would which I wasn’t expecting because it is a natural rinse. I was looking to see if there is alcohol in it but I didn’t see any listed. The benefit is my breath is drag for 24 hours. I imagine the composition of the more gentle mouth washes wouldn’t do this. My teeth do also feel clean afterwards but a little sensitive. I wouldn’t recommend use for child age group. The size is good as well as quality and good packaging.

I have enjoyed using this mouth wash. I noticed it leaves my mouth feeling very fresh. They recommend a two step process of swishing first then gargling with it which I do feel works best. I recommend using it at night for a fresh morning. The flavor although strong does not burn like some others do. I have enjoyed a few of the Therabreath brand rinses. I would recommend.
Keeps tonsilloliths, (tonsil stones) clear, post nasal drip at bay, Eustachian tubes clear. So far no more sinus infections. With heavy pollen or windy days it helps my eyes to stay clearer keeping up with this oral rinse and continuing nasal lavages. I suffer from after effects of chemical respiratory poisoning. These products have helped tremendously!
Have a bottle of mild mint flavour ready, this one is very strong and burns real hard unless you are used to it. At 1st time use I mixed it with mild mint at 50/50 just in case it burns my mouth's skin off but it stills burns alot despite such precaution. Since you are browsing my comment I will tell you a honest secret: Use this to refill your TheraBreath Throat Spray rather than rinse with it.
