This particular attachment is very useful for when you want a slightly less intense, but still very effective, massage, and I highly recommend it.

I use a special kind of bike called a handcycle and this requires use of my arms. I bought th dampened in hopes of it being my go-to for the parts of my shoulders that are a little more sensitive and for my elbows. My elbows hurt after most bike rides, so I started using this attachment as soon as I get back from one. I love it also for the day after workouts because that is when I usually wake up very sore. This helps so much!
My theragun originally came with the dampener but my son ripped it and I couldn’t use it. I tried the other attachments for my neck and they weren’t helping at all. Fast forward 6 months and I realised I could order a replacement. My neck is great again and not hurting me anymore. I love it and really is the only thing that helps even though I see a chiropractor.
My husband and I owns a PRO that we carry with us daily to work and we lost our dampener while travelling and this is one of the most used attachment. We use it in between work to loosen stiff muscles and massage the entire body.I love our PRO so much that I gifted my siblings with the Mini which was well received.
Ordered on line. Says it’s waiting for recipient to tell them where to ship it. It made it 40 minutes away and now it’s stuck because they don’t deliver to p o box. The broader face on this spreads out the impact of the Therabody so that it’s still effective but not quite as concentrated. Great for many purposes including hands or more tender areas.
Service was quick and easy…$20 replacement feeThe ball was not the same as purchased with for mini theragun… this for but is larger and more squishy - seems too big for mini… maybe piece from reg size (larger) but worked
So I bought the theragun mini and absolutely love it, but with only 1 attachment it was always missing something. Now that I've added the dampened attachment, it's a game changer! It's the perfect attachment to help target my lower back and biceps. This is a much have piece for an effective theragun session!
