At this point it was beginning to get annoying and disappointing. Below average on Theragun's end, particularly when you're asking this kind of money. On the third attempt I finally managed to get one that worked, wasn't the same colour but I didn't really care at that point. The positive is that the product (when working) is great and the service and the Westlake's Shavershop outlet was absolutely exceptional.

The Theragun wasn't able to charge throughout the whole night - displaying 0% battery the whole time.
Extremely disappointing experience purchasing theragun rlite. Battery didn’t work out of the box. Had to send back, wait two weeks then another week for a replacement. The replacement also then had the same issue and wouldn’t charge. I was then told this is a known issue. Won’t be buying a raging again and will go with a different brand
I wish I listened to the other review and did not purchase it through David Jones online. The battery does not charge and stayed at 0 percent after a few hours of charging. If you do a search online, you'll find that this is a common issue with this product, so it's better to purchase in store and check that it charges before leaving.
I bought one of these online and the battery was a dud. It wouldn’t charge at all. I then got a replacement 2 weeks later which also had a dud battery and wouldn’t charge so I had to return it as well. Pretty disappointed.
I have had to send three theragun elites back to the retailer due to the appliance failing to charge. These are brand new out of the box machines Each return has a turn around time of a week and a half The fourth machine is due soon but I am a bit gun shy as to whether it will work Obviously this will be my last attempt I cannot believe the lack of quality control by the retailer and the manufacturer The retailer. Bing Lee customer service is nothing short of disgraceful
Excellent massage gun. Does the job well
Bought a gun as a gift, however it was faulty and wouldn’t charge. I took it back to the store and the customer service person refused to exchange it and said I had to speak to Theragun. Problem was I was leaving shortly to go overseas on an extended trip and was unable to do anything about it before I left. I ended up talking to the store manager who agreed to exchange it. The second Theragun had the same fault (wouldn’t charge). I ended up having to get the person who the gift was for to contact Theragun (no point in talking to DJs again). This person has advised me that Theragun have sent a third gun and it works. Very disappointed in both the Theragun product and DJs - the experience spoiled the birthday present for our family member.
