This little guy is amazing! It is easy to use and has helped with tension in my neck and back. My husband used it when I was in labor for some counter pressure. It has some amazing power for such a small size. The only consideration I’d point out is that it is hard to reach parts of your body with the way you hold it.

Over the years, I used several different cordless massagers to help recover from workouts/ muscle soreness. The Therabody Mini is the best so far. I really enjoy the 3 intensity levels as I use the lowest setting for calves and the higher settings on quads/glutes. It really seems to help with trigger points and recovery. As I’ve only been using it ~ 3 months, I don’t know how long the recharagable batteries will last. Finally I have not used the app that apparently goes with it, so no opinion on that either.

I have both the mini and the larger Theragun. Between the two i love using the mini because of its portability and versatility. Easy to handle also. Definitely recommended.
A lot of people try to buy less expensive knock-off massage guns, but you need the real deal! Theragun is by far the most powerful and effective recovery tool I have used.
This is the best therapy product you can ever buy for yourself self to improve your sore muscles and overall health.

I’ve had it and have used daily for about a week, after workouts. I love it! It’s powerful and effective. It’s comfortable in my hand and simple to operate. It has a phone app with lots of choices of short, activity or issue-specific massage programs. Great choice! Thanks Theragun, Target, and reviewers for helping me pick this great tool!
This unit is much smaller and lighter than the original Mini. It doesn't seem to have the same power as the original mini and is a little louder. Still has plenty of power to get the job done yet small enough to carry anywhere.
