Yesterday, I woke up with the beginnings of a migraine headache. Right away, I picked up my Theragun Mini and worked it into the parts of my upper back and shoulders that I could comfortably reach. The headache began to back off and by the time my coffee was ready, it had already reduced to manageable pain. The other steps I usually take in the hope that they might stave off a migraine or at least reduce it were more effective and the headache disappeared. I know migraine pain may not be a symptom Theragun is intended to help and every person suffers migraine pain differently. Even my own migraines may not always respond the same way, but I am happy to find I have another effective weapon in my arsenal.

I have been having lingering lower back and knee pain for several months and am so grateful to finally get some relief! Stretching alone wasn't helping but using the theragun along the direction of my muscle/tendon fibers has helped shake out some knots that foam rolling wasn't addressing. I my Theragun Mini during virtual work meetings, before/after hikes, and sometimes while watching TV. It's very quiet and portable. Highly recommend! Much more cost effective than PT, chiro, and massage appointments over time. My friends with off-brand products are disappointed so I'm glad I didn't skimp on this. I'm so thankful for the Theragun Mini putting my health back into my hands (literally).

It's so portable that she can take it to work with her and use it on breaks when her back or legs stiffen up. Pretty quiet motor for what it does. Ample battery life. Didn't set out to be a naysayer on these but if I'm being real I don't see what all the fuss is about. Feels okay on a few different areas but nothing miraculous happens really. It gives some slight relief while in use but holding it for extended periods is so uncomfortable that that mild but of relief is short-lived because it feels about the same once you stop. Plus the vibration makes you itch like crazy.I know people swear by these things, and good on them but frankly I'm glad I got this at a discount around black Friday because I'm not really that impressed.It does feel really well built though so I'll give it that. And being that it mostly just sits there, in my case, it'll probably last forever.
As someone who consistently experiences tension in the body related to PTSD, the mini is a God send.I carry it with me everywhere I go in my backpack. When I start feeling a lot of tension in my body, pull out the mini. I can use this almost anywhere and within a very short amount of time establish a sense of relief, calm and a sense of safety.The battery life is phenomenal - which probably explains why its heavier than I was expecting - but no mind - the weight allows for a decent application of pressure.Quality is very high. My kid got his hands on it and I was worried that wasn't going to go well but it held up just fine.Grateful for such a product to exist. Would highly recommend to anyone with PTSD looking for relief from tension in the body.

First, some suggested improvements:Make this charge over USB-C. Being compact, and then needing to carry a separate power adapter sucks, and USB-C PD can supply up to 20v and 5amps of power for charging, which is more than this device needs. Second, a protected power button, such as a small spring loaded panel that covers the power button or slides open so that the unit doesn't keep turning itself on in bags, whether or not it's in the pouch it comes with. A compact form fitting semi-hard shell eva case would do the trick as well, not some large hard case that would negate the advantage of the mini. Quite noisy with rattling noises when in use.Pros: Compact, easier to grip than expected. Works.
