I purchased the Theragun Elite after purchasing and returning the premium model. It only lacked this attachment, which was obviously easy to purchase separately. This works great on shoulder blades and IT bands, It’s the perfect size and shape to really “get in there” and do it’s magic! If you’re looking at attachments, I highly recommend this one, especially if you have tight or sore shoulders.

All of my Theragun Info is broke within the first four months of use except for this attachment. It lasted almost a year and a half with daily use and his hands down my favorite! I recommend it to all of my clients it is excellent particularly for work on the traps rhomboids flats and calves. I wish the quality of the tips in attachments were better but if I had to choose one it would be this one everytime. Because the quality of the gun is unmatched I just use this tip and continue to re-order when necessary.

Great attachment - should be in the default bundle

When I purchased the Therabody Prime unit it came with 4 attachments. I suffered from IT Bands soreness due to lots of hiking and cycling. The included heads just weren’t enough to tackle the IT Bands. So when I found this attachment head geared directly to the bands, I ordered it once it was in stock. What a life saver. This attachment tackled the soreness in my bands and it was a great relief. Highly recommended! Just wish it was included in the default attachment offerings.

I use all the attachments all over my overly beat up body from many years in sports. I have had a herniation that has nearly crippled me. That I used this product to help dig around the muscles in the hip and the nerves in the back. It helps get those tingy pieces of knots out. But what I found the best, is I can really dig into my pain and really find that spot that just needs a little TLC and I can feel amazing the next day.

Shoulder pain?! No more!

Is a must attachment for any of the massage guns from Therabody, specially for the shoulders goes deep in between the muscles and ligaments, steong yet very comfortably giving a deep tissue warm massage. It is definitely staying forever by my side.

Slightly different material the original tips

The material is just ever so slightly different than the tips that came with the theragun. The wedge tip I received isn't as smooth and because of this it just collects skin particles, leaving you to need to thoroughly wipe it off after each use.

The Wedge is my favorite.

The Wedge is my favorite. It's great for spanning across muscles that tend to roll, like in the legs. I'll place it horizontally as I work up and down verticle muscles. The wedge shape is great for putting pressure right where you need it.

Theragun for Plantar Fasciitis

I suffered with Plantar Fasciitis for almost 2 years. Did physical therapy, got a cortisone shot, did daily stretching, ice, heat, ball rolling, wore a boot daily for 3 months and a night boot for 18 months. Nothing worked. I had this before and the above treatments did work. This time, not so much. My husband bought me a Theragun for a surprise Christmas present. We don't typically spend that much on each other but he took the gamble to see if it would help. After about 4-5 weeks of using it morning and night on my calf and foot, I was able to graduate out of my night boot....that was like heaven. After about another 4-5 weeks, my plantar fasciitis disappeared. This was this past March 2020 and I still am pain free at least in my foot. I'm hopeful that this should at least help with more mobility even if it doesn't go away 100% since it's years of abuse so I know there is some muscle scarring. But Theragun has changed my life. No more waking up crying and going to bed after a long day on my feet crying with pain. It was a lifesaver....literally.

Wedge and Mini

I am a senior aged recreational athlete and have a small physical frame. I'm using the mini-Theragun and wedge attachment. The lowest percussion is still too forceful. The flat side of the wedge helps cover a slightly larger area than the ball shaped attachments. I lessen the percussive force by wearing thicker clothing and hovering the gun over the area worked. The mini is heavy and difficult to hold for more than 2-3 minutes because its body is made of a smooth covering that doesn't allow a good grip. Wished the covering had a tacky surface or some sort of indentations for fingers hold. I'm using the wedge exclusively. Does the same thing as the ball, and has more options with its shape.

I find it really helps promote circulation pre and post workout along my muscle tissue.Good for knots in shoulder blade and trap muscle region.It's to bad that it doesn't come with the theragun box package like the rest of the attachments. Since its a $25.00 added cost for one attachment.All and all i Highly recommend this attachment if your iron addict or athlete great warm up and recovery tool.
