This is my second Therapillo and I love them. Great with the gel pad on one side to use on the hot nights and really comfortable for a good nights sleep and no neck issues.Only downside is having to air it for a few days prior to use as the smell is rather intense.Once that is done, an excellent pillow.

Great pillow that really does keep you cool. The shape is interesting as it slopes towards the front and back so it took a night or two to get used to but it's really comfortable. The cooling gel is great and I've not had a single night of feeling warm since I started using it.

If you are a hot sleeper (which is probably why you're considering it), this pillow is significantly worse than whatever $5 Kmart pillow you're using now. The gel layer takes a solid 5-10 minutes to be your (hot) body temperature, and is very good at retaining this heat. You will be hotter, sweatier and more uncomfortable than any night before - and have taken a solid hit to your wallet.Do not purchase this pillow.
This Therapillo has made an amazing difference to my back and neck.I was experiencing lower back pain and neck pain and decided to do some research on a pillow that might make a difference. I discovered the Dunlopillo Therapillo and gave it a try and have never looked back. The pillow keeps my head from rolling about and overheating. The best purchase I have made in a long time and ordering from Myer where I could use my Myer One points made it easy.
I have had these before and love them. They are so popular that is hard to get them. I suggest buying two whenever you see them on special. Living in Far North Queensland the cooling pad is brilliant.
After experiencing relief from chronic nasal congestion with a dust mite-proof pillowcase, I replaced my old pillow with this incredible dust mite resistant Therapillo with a cooling gel top. I am a hot sleeper and summer can be unbearable, and this pillow sounded almost too good to be true. However, I was stunned at much more comfortable this pillow was compared to my last, and I slept soundly the very first night. This particular one is the high profile version, as I am a side sleeper and prefer my head slightly elevated; but it is also available in lower profiles for back sleepers.
2nd time Iâve bought one. The first one was great, the cool gel loses its âcoolnessâ after 4-5 years, after that itâs still a comfy pillow. This one was already âdoneâ when I bought it so itâs obviously been on the shelf for years - the cool gel wonât âactivateâ at all. As pillows are non returnable Iâm stuck with it.
I have tried using this pillow for three nights and it has made sleep near impossible. It is painfully hardâway harder than a pillow should beâ and doesnât conform properly to my neck so it lacks support. Whatâs more, in some parts the pillow makes a squeaky, crinkly sound when I move my head slightly. Iâve wasted money before on expensive pillows that I couldnât return because of David Jonesâ exclusion of pillows from its âchange of mindâ policy. I am unsure if my complaints deem it faulty, but I am desperately hoping that I can return or exchange.
