I have been using this pillow for the last 15 years.I bought new one every 4 years as it loss its firmness over the years.I bought another one just recently... online... that's my biggeat mistake!First it was sent in a box smaller than the pillow,, so they bent the pillow... and when I received it, the pillow was not firm anymore!And because I bought online, I didn't get the chance to feel the firmess of the pillow... I thought after having 4 pillows of the same brand, I thought I would have the same quality... but NOT!The pillow was used to help relieve my neck pain. Bur as the quality of the pillow is VERY BED now, it actually causes my neck pain!So please don't waste your money on this expensive pillow!

Bought the medium profile Therapillo, being a side sleeper it was not high enough I needed more lift. That’s why I bought the high profile, I felt happy with the quality. Just needed the extra height. Love my new pillow.

I love this pillow and so does my 14 year old daughter. We’ve had our original one each for 6 years now and they are still going strong. I could only afford to buy one each at the time and have recently got around to getting a second one each. Feels and looks like the exact same quality. When we first got them six years ago the high profile did feel a little bit high but I am very glad that’s what we went with. Soon got used to it and would not want a lower profile now. It is a firm and supportive pillow and I would say worth the money, particularly if you pick it up on sale.

I purchased this pillow over the weekend, this is my 2nd time buying the same pillow over the last 4 years. I just wanted fresh one since my old pillow was quite old.So far i have only slept on it for few nights and if I am honest it’s not as good as my old pillow which was the same brand. Why, because the new pillowIs not as firm as my old pillow. I am a side sleeper and need my memory foam pillow to be slightly firmer to support my neck and my side sleeping habits.I have small frame and this new pillow is not the same product as my old one which is disappointing as ICan’t return it.
I have become the person I never thought I would; I take my pillow when ever I leave home! I have used a Dunlopillo for years and have never found another pillow anywhere near as comfortable. Life changing.
Best pillow ever! Seriously perfect for what I want, worth the extra dollars, my last one definitely stayed as new for more than 5 years. I still use it in the guest room cos it’s way too good to throw out.
I was concerned that the high profile could too high but it was perfect for me although I am 6ft. I sleep very well and the pillow holds it shape perfectly. Very happy at this point however it has only been a couple of months.
It’s quite high. Would only suit a side sleeper. Brilliant pillow though. Have to fight my offspring for it when they come into the bed at night. I have a few pillows - one for the knees, one for the back. This is definitely worth the investment and is the only one beneath my head.
I purchased this pillow online without seeing it in person first, although I dont regret buying the pillow it has taken getting some used to as I previously used the Medium Profile. I was after further neck support as I am a side sleeper, it's great for side sleeping but I've found if I turn onto my back throughout my sleep when I wake up my neck is stiff because the pillow is too high.
