Comes with a bag of thermal paste but I got a tube instead. Install this on a TG01-0023 HP computer. I did have to pry the factory cpu fan mount off the back so you have to remove the motherboard completely out of case. Has dropped my cpu temps by 15*C along with the gpu temps by 10*C.

Bought this for a friend who upgraded to an i9 9900k but he only had access at the time to an Intel stock cooler. The stock cooler would ramp up hard and throttle like no tomorrow. This coolers install hardware was straightforward and simple, and is MUCH quieter and prevents throttling even on the hot i9.

Great little cooler for older CPUs (6 cores max). Keep the 4 core intel at a nice 40/45c temp during regular loads and 50/60 under heavy loads. Not bad.
This fan has performed very well since I purchased it. Very quiet, very efficient, and well worth the price. I reccomend it highly if you need a solid fan.
This cooler is a very nice quality product for the price listed. I paid about $20. The installation was easy on my amd processor.
I’m currently doing a retro build with Socket 754 and needed something cheap and compatible. This fit the bill and also has the CoolerMaster Hyper TX4/Hyper 212 aesthetic that just fits with this setup.Minus one star for not using a mounting backplate for Intel CPUs though.
