I bought this brand as it's supposed to be a large, reputable company. I bought 2 of these and they DO NOT keep food warm, unless it's majority liquid. It doesn't say anywhere, on their merchandise or in the leaflet enclosed that you CANT use it to keep dry foods warm. I did call the company and was told there was nothing they could do, even though the product is not doing what it's supposed to do. I expected much better customer service for a company that's this well known and can honestly say that the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you want something that actually keeps your food warm, Look for another brand, as doesn't even keep liquids hot for long.

We’ve been using this water bottle on a daily basis for a number of months now and it’s still going strong other than a couple of scratches on the plastic lid. My toddler has dropped it a couple of times with no issues. The insulation means I can provide some warm water particularly on a cold day.

great my granddaughter loves the drink bottle .she is using it everyday . Takes it everywhere she goes . Takes it to daycare too.Its so bright & colourful . Which is what attracts my granddaughter to it . Its easy to use for my 20 month old granddaughter.i would highly recommend this to any one that has toddlers .
