I understand why the brand is called This Worms because their products really do work! Ive been buying this sleep spray for a few years now. It really helps me relax before bed. When ive had nights where ive felt anxious before bed, especially at the start of the pandemic, the sleep spray calmed me down and helped me fall into a good sleep! I highly recommend

I purchased the deep sleep pillow spray (250 ml) and the stress check mood manager spray (35 ml). I have bought 2 deep sleep pillow sprays before and I absolute love it. As someone who suffers from migraines I can struggle to fall asleep, however when I use the pillow spray it helps me sleep and relax. The stress check spray is also lovely, I have used it during the day before and it does help bring a sense of calm and helps improve focus. I just love the This Works range and look forward to trying some more products in due course.

This is a repeat purchase for me . I found this product a few years back when going through menopause and having sleepless nights and it does exactly what it promotes. With a teenage daughter studying for exams and worrying like crazy even she grabs the pillow spray for a restful nights sleep. We even take a bottle on holidays with us so that we can have restful sleep on holiday.

Excellent as ways however, there’s something people should know about eye masks.The eye mask is very snug and made me feel like I was in a den at night, fell to sleep wonderfully, I wasn’t aware but if eye masks are tight they can cause your vision to become blurred. I already have Keratoconus and I woke up wondering why my vision had become very ghosted over night. It scared me and I tried to think what I’d done differently, I realised it was the eye mask. I googled it and yes it is known to cause blurred vision and even keratoconus. It’s something people need to be aware of before sleeping in an eye mask.
This was repurchased after someone bought me pillow spray as a gift which I loved. It has a refreshing yet natural fragrance, not sickly sweet as with so many artificial lavender products, and helps me relax and drift off to sleep gently. The eye mask is a bonus as the shorter summer nights mean I have a tendency to wake up too early.
Since using the spray on my pillow I have been able to fall asleep much quicker. I have had over six months of lying awake until 2 or 3 am unable to drop off and then wanting to fall asleep whilst working. It’s was making me ill. My doctor suggested using this spray and it does work. The eye mask is lovely and soft and also helps.
Surprisingly this deep sleep pillow spray really does work. I can never fall straight to sleep and it used to take ages with thoughts of the day going round in my head. But now, since using the pillow spray, I don't remember having any thoughts and fall straight to sleep. Also, I have a more relaxed sleep, getting up less times during the night. Brilliant.

The mask is very high quality (I love the charging ... logo) and the inside is so soft and fluffy. The only thing missing is a way to warm the mask up for the ultimate luxurious night sleep. ‘This Works’ actually really works and I wouldn’t even bother trying any other brands. Yes, it is expensive, but you really do get what you pay for. I also have the essential oil drops, pop a few in a air diffuser and smells amazing. If you struggle to sleep this is my defo go to!!
