This is an excellent product, especially important for vegans and vegetarians. It also has no gelatine in the coating of the capsules unlike some flax oil capsules, thus is suitable for all those who do not wish to have animals killed to provide them with food.

It is fantastic for your skin as well as general health. The improvement is almost immediate. I find thompsons’s to be the best choice for flaxseed oil capsules.
easy to swallow - hopefully doing their job
For those who can't stomach liquid flaxseed oil, these capsules do the trick!
Excellent product have been taking them nightly for two weeks now, skin, hair and general health have all improved. Be warned they are large capsules I tend break them in my mouth, it makes them easier to swallow and allows the oil to be absorbed faster.
The capsules stick together to form one massive sticky lump in the container. To take one out, you have to prise the sticky mass apart, sometimes requiring a knife to separate them. I definitely would not recommend buying these ones.
