I bought this vitamin E and it seems good quality. The only issue is that it also contains selenium, which I don’t need because I already get that in another supplement. As selenium can be toxic in excess, I am limiting my intake now of this Thompson’s brand vitamin e.

I paid express postage for these probiotics. I was advised they’d been shipped Tuesday but they did not get delivered until thursday and yes I am in the express postage zone. And then they did not leave it at my nice cool doorway even though I directed Australia post to do so, and which they did last time. They took it to the local post office and I had to wait until after 3pm to be able to pick it up. By this time the bottles were warm. So I doubt there is any quality left in the product and I’ve just paid over $100 for nothing.
