I have found lecithin oil valuable for years. Back in 1985 I started taking chromium for low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). It worked but after taking it I was geting a very slow heart rate and my heart felt painful. I read a lot to find out that the chromium was showing up a lack of something else. A long time ago (1986) I was taking chromium nutrient to stabilise blood sugar (hypoglycemia). The chromium was working for hypoglycemia but my heart started to feel painful. From reading I worked out choline and inositol might be low. I took those on their own and they worked with the chromium and my heart pain cleared up. I wondered if there was a cheaper and more reliable way to get choline and inositol (reliable because these capsules were getting hard to find). There was: lecithin oil capsules. I have been taking lecithin oil since about 1990. It has always worked well with chromium picolinate since.

***UNSURE***I still buy these but agree with another reviewer that the capsules are covered in oil and they appear to be leaking. These have been the case in recent purchasesn Including ones off the shelf and not from Healthpost. Thompsons need to check their quality controls! 2 stars deducted because of it.

Find these much easier and less messy than the granules. Great value.
I brought this to help with clogged milk ducts when breastfeeding and it was excellent, clogged ducts cleared up pretty much as soon as I started taking it.
The lecithin capsules helped so many people around me including my parents. It does work but it takes a while to see the result. I stick to this brand due to the quality.
As I've been taking these 3 products for a number of years, very happy with all 3.
I\'ve been using these for a few years to reduce fatty lumps on my dogs and they seem to have changed the capsules as the last few times I\'ve purchased them they leach the oil and end up quite messy - please go back to the previous capsule type!!
When I received them they were melted, I sent you an email to say I wasn’t happy with them. They 4 tubs were melted. Can you reimburse me with 4 new Tubs please. Thanks you.
when i open the bottle, there are oil everywhere and i have already talked to the team but no action is done. It is still sitting in my draw and I will not take it at all
