Product is OK, price is good

The one I got cost 2k more, but underprimised on delivery it doesnt light easily, was promised at no extra cost, because the cheaper one had that technology...,, a press button spark starter, so I dont have to use the lighter.... didnt get it, still waiting on a call back to resolve, as I have been told it cant have a press button starter? No one has called back to resolve, handy Imports please call me.
