I was having recurring UTIs and my doctor prescribed Estradilol cream and D-Mannose. I had gastro issues with D-Mannose so my chiropractor told me to take this with the cream. Five months later, no UTIs, thank goodness. The UTIs are dangerous. I had a recently who recently died of one because the antibiotics did not work.

I waited until I'd used this for a month to give a more accurate review, since I know the first couple of weeks of a probiotic can cause some GI upset until you get used to it. However, I didn't notice anything one way or the other with this. I don't think it made things worse, but it definitely didn't make them better. I have IBS and was hoping a probiotic in combination with my improved diet of carefully selected foods that do not trigger gut irritation for me would help. Unfortunately, I noticed no improvement. I'm not sure if this has any effect at all on me one way or the other, though....I will probably try something different next.

I had bad irritation vaginally from yeast and BV or just using too much antibiotics. I kept thinking I had an infection honestly when as soon as I took this, the symptoms disappeared. I will definitely make sure to buy this every month - the supplement is beyond what I expected benefit wise. It does improve digestion and has good absorption clearly. I also like the package, its helped my gut, constipation and microbiome. My mood has improved drastically. Thorne always has the highest quality of ingredient.

Trusted brand name. Capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. Frankly I don’t understand what the ingredients are excepting for the Maltodex (sugar) but I assume this is a small enough amount to not bother me. This is the first probiotic I saw that mentioned vaginal and urinary health which is an extra bonus. I take it for gut health and regulation and it works very well.
Good probiotics. While I took them, I did not notice any side effects. I took different probiotics throughout the year. Bought these for women's health. Convenient packaging and small capsules. With probiotics, I feel that my intestines digest and absorb food better. I think these are effective probiotics. I'm sure it won't get any worse than that. In general, I like the quality of this brand.
I'm always on the lookout for all-inclusive probiotics supplement designed specifically for women's health. Something with high CFU ingredients, many quality strains, dosage of 1 cap a day and well priced. Thorne's ticks the list, though I wished it's cheaper. No more constipation, I get regular bowel movement, bye bye regular women's urinary tract issues
I feel confident taking this quality probiotic with clean ingredients. I am currently at the end of my pregnancy and I’ve been alternating this probiotic with a spore based probiotic and Akkermansia. Bottle is a convenient size. The packaging not problematic and I feel like this product has been part of my excellent support program for digestion and myMicrobiome during pregnancy.
I have used so many probiotics in my life, having a lazy gut and weaker immune system, and I really did see an improvement. I’ve used another probiotic from Thorne recently, their most expensive one, and decided to try this one targeted for women. Can’t say which one I like more, things is, they both work, so you get what you pay for. Quality is great, you feel it working, my gut has improved and I’m less constipated. Thorne probiotics are probably among the few I actually felt work, on improving the gut and not just cleansing the bowels, so I will keep repurchasing.
I never leave reviews but I felt like I had to for this product. I kid you not I saw, more like smelled, a difference since day one. Usually, whenever I have any type of seafood, within a couple of hours I notice my body giving off a funky smell. Ever since taking this product I don’t get that smell anymore. Definitely recommend if you struggle with a similar issue.
I took three months worth of this probiotic just to see if I would get results. To be very honest, I didn't notice much of a difference. My main gut issues are acid reflux and bloating, which were still triggered from time to time when I was using this product. However that is not out of the norm for me so it's not the fault of this product. While I was using this product though I didn't get any UTIs which is good. However at this price point I think I am able to get other products that work just as well if not better.
