Very nice 3D printing quality. One of, if not the best feeling brake mods I have used. I've used 3DRap in the past, and was using the ol' rubber spacer and skateboard bushings mod for my T-LCM pedals before using this mod. \n\nI installed the mod using the 1, 3 and 5 elastomers, hard mini elastomer and black spring, fired up iRacing and took some GT3 cars around circuits like LeMans, Spa, Hockenheim, Nurburgring GP and Belle Isle. I had a much better feel for the brakes, trailbraking felt incredibly easy (something I had struggled with in the past), was able to brake later and carry more speed consistently through turns and tighter corners. I thought it was just dumb luck, but I actually saw my lap times drop on these circuits by several seconds.\n\nI am a firm ... MoreVery nice 3D printing quality. Pros: Cheapest way to get load cell pedals and the strength of spring and overall quality really surprised me with how good it is. Load cell brakes really are a game changer for sim racing, all the cars without ABS which I used to really struggle with now feel natural and easy to prevent locking up. It’s is plug and play with a thrustmaster wheelbase so really easy to get working. The calibration tool was a bit confusing until I read the manual, you have to download some software and plug in the pedals with the USB, not just through the wheelbase, but once I worked that out they were easy to get calibrated. Overall very impressed especially considering their cost compared to fanatec and other load cell pedals.Cons: There is a tiny bit of flex side to side as the ... MorePros: Cheapest way to get load cell pedals and the strength of spring and overall quality really surprised me with how good it is. I went from a Thrustmaster T-150 2-pedals basic set to the Thrustmaster T-LCM pedals. NOW, I had used the Basher Brake Mod for my T-150 pedals set which is basically just a 1 thick piece of yoga foam attached with zip ties to the back of the brake pedal to mimic a load cell like pedal. It's not actually registering anything like a load cell pedal, but the resistance is there which helps prevent lock-ups upon braking too harshly. Moreso, it gives a progressive brake feel. I mention this because since I had that mod on my T-150 pedals set before going to the T-LCM pedals set, I didn't actually get faster with the T-LCM pedals at first, in fact, I was slower on some time trial laps in RaceRoom Racing Experience (R3E). I did become more consistent though, as others have mentioned, and if you can be consistent lap after lap, that can equal doing better overall than just one fast lap you can't repeat.I have made some modifications to the T-LCM pedals to get them to my liking. I looked at the 78a bushings mod, as can be found on Reddit, but I tweaked my setup there also a bit from what that person listed. I only used 3 of 5 washers, and I used the dark grey/black spring instead of the red spring. Some people mentioned doing a spring switch also with the clutch and throttle, but another person mentioned that the clutch spring on the throttle practically made their leg go numb, so they just ordered a custom spring for the throttle that was stronger, but not as stiff as the clutch pedal spring. Well, that custom throttle spring still wasn't stiff enough since I didn't feel like I could modulate the throttle pedal very well still; it still felt too loose, lacking a progression, and therefore, I could spin out a bit too easily upon pressing the throttle, and I couldn't feel it was going to happen. I went ahead and did the clutch and throttle spring switch as most people suggest, and it was perfect! It wasn't a waste to have the custom spring, as that spring still has a bit of tension in it for the clutch; whereas, some people have said the original/basic spring from the throttle can be very weak as the spring for the clutch.I also went to the thicker pads included for the angle/spacing between the pedals and faceplates, but then went back to the original thinner pads. I also raised my accelerator pedal faceplate some from where I had it for a little while.Okay, why do I list ALL of these tweaks needed (in my opinion) on a pedal set that isn't the cheapest? Because, if you are willing to tweak them a bit, you can get them pretty much where you want them and the only thing that will come close is HUNDREDS of dollars more! I'm referring to the HE Sprints. What sold the T-LCM pedals for me was that there was a person on Reddit who went from the Thrustmaster T-LCM pedals to the HE Sprints, and he said that while, yes, the quality and customization went up some, his actual performance in sim racing was pretty much the same! THAT is saying something if you're looking for performance, but you can't afford more expensive pedals. These T-LCM pedals CONTINUE to be the best load cell pedals set before spending HUNDREDS more!I also got them on sale here at the lowest price I had EVER seen them online! If you enjoy sim racing, and you want load cell pedals' performance gains without the LARGE cost, and you can sacrifice a bit of customization and quality, go for these. At the time of writing this review, there is NO competition for these pedals even near this price point without going up 2.5-3x the price of these pedals!*In the pics, you can see my brake pedal modified. I have also mounted my pedals to a DIY wood base platform so that I can have a Dayton BST-1 bass shaker underneath it, used in conjunction with SimHub. :)

I was using a 15 year old Logitech G25 wheel and pedals and I upgraded to a Thrustmaster 300 wheel and a set of TLCM pedals. These are the only Load Cell pedals I've ever used, so I have nothing to compare to, and they are fantastic.I am using the two red springs and the pedal pressure is perfect for me. You will probably need some sort of pedal stand and a set of locking casters if you plan on using an office chair.Between the pedals and the force feedback from the wheel you can really feel what the car is doing.I'd recommend these pedals in a second.
Very high quality and easy to setup and calibrate. The loadcell is a much more immersive experience over potentiometer style pedal set. The difference is that the loadcell pedal is based on pressure as it is in real world scenario and not how far you actually move the pedal. Also, this pedal set comes with several different spring options to adjust your ideal preference in how you would like the pedal to feel for your style of driving. Make this your next upgrade before anything else if you're on a budget and looking to increase your driving and racing in your favorite sims.
These are great for their price point. Their only real competitor is the CSL Elite Fanatec pedals at this $200 price point. Pros: It connects directly to your PC via USB, or directly to the your Thrustmaster wheel if you're on console. Connect it via usb if possible for higher resolution. The gas and clutch use hall sensors which are much better than the Fanatec's potentiometer. The brake load cell has an included spring kit that can change the feel to how you desire. Aftermarket springs are also easily available. The load cell on the T-LCM's has a higher range than the Fanatecs by about 10-20 lbs of force which can make them more accurate. The software that comes with it is very easy to use and loads your settings directly into the pedals, this means your settings stay even if you disconnect the pedals and you don't need thrustmaster software running in the background while you game. If you use advanced tuning Fanatec uses Fanalab to change brake settings and it needs to be running the whole time you're in game to have the settings apply. Cons: If you're on console you're going to have to look into your ability to run a different brand wheel and pedals. The base is plastic and metal, some have reported a little bit of flex under heavy heavy braking, but I haven't had an issue. I brake at about 120 lbs of force for max braking. You can turn it up to 220 lbs required to use max braking so maybe that's when it flexes a little. All in all it came down to this: The CSL Elite pedals from Fanatec have really nice all metal construction, but they went cheap in the important pieces you can't see. The gas & clutch sensors are as cheap as they come, the potentiometers are known to have failing issues and the tiny gears that register pedal movement on the potentiometers are made of plastic. When they wear out you have to go to fanatec support and it can take weeks to get the part. They do not have parts available for sale on their website, or allow 3rd party manufacturers to support/sell their products. Check on amazon and all websites, nobody sells their stuff except used on ebay. The loadcells on both models are similar but T-LCMs handles more weight and uses metal springs instead of Fanatec's rubber pieces that you squish. Thrustmaster saved money on the frame by using injection molded hard plastic, but you get hall sensors day 1. Fanatec CAN be upgraded to hall sensors but you have to do it yourself and it voids the warranty.100% I would buy these pedals again especially if you already have a Thrustmaster wheel. If you're worried about the plastic base then buy the warranty from Microcenter. Fanatec customer support outside of Europe is NOTORIOUS for being horrible, so taking the leap of faith on a new set of pedals is a little less scary with a brick and mortar Microcenter in your town.Once you get it, your times will go down pretty quickly. On 30-50 second tracks I found 1-3 seconds of time per lap instantly because of the upgrade. I race league rallycross and usually place in the top 5-10% compared to all worldwide race times, across all platforms.
I had the thrustmaster wheel and pedals that came with the rs 300 wheel. They are plastic basically and after only 2 months, the torsion spring broke. So, while waiting for warranty service, I bought these load cell pedals. They are a massive improvement. The pedals are metal (the base is still plastic but it shouldn't matter). The load cell is really adjustable with different springs which are easy to remove and change. You do need to download the config software (to configure the firmware) even if you have it on a PS or XBox. At first, I hated the load cell since it was SOOO different from the basic brake on the other one but, I did some practice with it, got my trailbraking under control and my laptimes dropped by seconds, yes seconds. This is a MUCH better pedal but you will have to practice to learn to trailbrake with this load cell. It takes some time but it's worth it. Well built apparently, and very adjustable. I moved the clutch all the way over since I don't really use it. Pricewise, it is cheap compared to a lot of load cell pedals. I would recommend it.
Pros: I use these for the following games: Euro Truck Sim 2, F1 2020, Assetto Corsa Competizione and Fernbus. I use to own the Logitech G29 pedal set till they broke; therefore purchased these which I (currently) use along side the latter wheel. They have so much more travel compared to the latter. The brake pedal feels extremely realistic and there is a lot on offer in terms of customisation. I would recommend the TM L stand if you do not own a rig. TM customer service is excellent though mine arrived in perfect condition but I have had initial contact with them with regards to what to purchase. They were very professional and I trust that they would help me out if I did have issues. I would highly recommend these to any serious racing simmer.Cons: More game ... MorePros: I use these for the following games: Euro Truck Sim 2, F1 2020, Assetto Corsa Competizione and Fernbus. For instance, even though these work with Fernbus, they were a bit of a pain to setup. This is more of a fault of the Fernbus game developer though; not TM.
TL;DR: Absolutely brilliant set of pedals, when they work. For the premium cost, one would expect them to last for years to come, but I am willing to accept that my set might have been factory faulty.-----The long-winded answer from my personal experience:I received the T-LCM pedals together with the Sparco TS-XW Racer wheel and all worked fine for a short while. The wheel-base, pedals and TH8A shifter updated to the latest firmwares automatically and without a hitch. Note that you need to connect them to different USB ports (each) to be able to use their respective calibration tools (3 different utils). Settings are apparently stored within the wheelbase.I've left the springs to the "load cell" at their factory setting (black-silver-red) and lightly used them for a couple of days, while I was making adjustments in-game to suit my driving style and getting used to the difference a pressure based brake pedal offers. All was a bliss and absolutely worth the huge expense... until...On day 3, the brake pedal started registering 100% load when idle, then when touched returned to 0% (as normal) and further pressure will work as expected. No amount of calibration, spring changes or anything else worked to fix the problem.I did a thorough documenting of the problem and send the videos to Thrustmaster for troubleshooting (usually takes 10-15 days for a reply). Their tech team agreed it was a hardware fault and asked me to do some more investigative work for them. Nothing worked. Brake pedal kept registering 100% pressure while idle. It took 2 weeks to reach a conclusion that the pedals were faulty.Thrustmaster agreed to replace them within 3+ months (out of stock?) and apparently I had to send them to France at my own expense (Brexit delays anyone?). Luckily, Scan were stellar in agreeing to replace the pedals themselves and they arranged a courier to pick them up on the following morning, once I raised the issue with them. The T-LCM pedals are currently out of stock with an unknown ETA for replacement.
I had the TPL3 pedals that came with my T300RS GT and used those for a few years. I've watched countless YouTube videos of how much better it is to use a load cell on your brake. I was starting to get competitive and noticed that my braking was suffering by the linear force of my existing pedal set. I wasn't yet ready to drop big bucks on the pro-level stuff so I got these. I immediately noticed a difference in my braking. The adjustability is wonderful. The other two pedals have a better feel too. I think this is a great mid-level set. I look forward to outgrowing these, but I think it'll be another few years. Best yet, I've had issues with TM products and their support is top notch. Guilt free from the price, worry free from the support, and I love shopping ... MoreI had the TPL3 pedals that came with my T300RS GT and used those for a few years.
