This seems to work with PS4 version but NOT the PS5 version. Yes the PS5 console does recognize the wheel as connected but specifically if you want to play GT7 with the PS5 version only this wheel is NOT compatible. PS4 and PC works decently with drivers but my advice is to save up for a more expensive wheel that's newer and legitimately compatible with GT7 PS5. Also the major issue on PC is the pedals often gets mis-mapped to a button such as L2 or R2 (#7 and 8) instead of its own axis which you can see on the Windows calibration tool, no real solutions or compatibility fixes for it unlike a Hotas 4 with its own PS4/PC switcher.

It says its compatible with PC, but the only thing it does well is show you that its connected on the control panel. It doesnt work with any racing games unless you download additional third party drivers from shady websites. Even then, it doesnt work with any racing games like its intended. Funny enough, it does work with Sims. I bought the wheel to race with, not build houses.

Sadly this is a wheel that Forza does not support. Also, wheel feels cheap. Feels nothing like a Ferrari wheel. Save up your money and get some of the better wheels.Pros: it was not super expensiveCons: Does not work with the game I bought it for, cheap construction, and very poor replica of a Ferrari wheel. Maybe if it was a hot wheel?

Lots of buttons and fully recognized on the PC, but most games need it to be programmed. It's easy, but a little time consuming. Afterwards, it works great. I just wish the "Engine Start" button wasn't the direction pad in disguise. Also, a few games reverse the brake and gas pedals, which is also usually an easy fix. Controls are crisp and solid, though it must be attached to a table. The steering wheel spring is pretty stout.
The device is labeled as Thrustmaster - T80 Ferrari 488 GTB Edition Racing Wheel for PlayStation 5, 4 and Windows - Black. This means it works for play station 5 but it does not and there is a tag at the back of the box that says 'for playstation 4'. Unfortunately i'm seeing that label only today January 16, 2023 and the return date ended January 14, 2023.
At first I got this wheel cuz I thought it would be good and it is cheap. Once I used it I realised NEVER BUY CHEAPER THAN USUAL PRODUCTS. unless someone who has used it says it is fine. I will tell u what is wrong with it1. You can't turn it as much as regular wheels2. The pedals would move when I used them (not heavy enough to stay in one place)3. No feedback or vibrationsEven though the Logitech ones are expensive, buy them. You don't have to get the G920Logitech steering wheel but get the G29 steering wheel. Trust me it's way bettter.
I was gifted this a few years back and honestly it is a great wheel. I play need for speed games and pc games with it. You can set the rotation angle in the settings if you get understeer and the elastics on the inside is great for a little feedback. My only issue is that the rubber grips fall off and are too hard to put back on, and it got drift after a while and has lots of stickiness in the first 15 degrees. Sorry if my grammar Is bad
The Thrustmaster t80 steering wheel for ps4 is very disappointing. I bought this steering wheel for my self just to have some fun playing need for speed. When I started to use the wheel in game I noticed my car was under steering. I thought it was my car or the tune on it, but unfortunately it wasn’t either of those. When I tested my car on the ps4 controller it felt as snappy and responsive as it should. I tried again with the wheel and it under steered even with the wheel turned all the way to one side. I know it is only $140 but I think it should at least be able to steer like my $50 controller. All in all very disappointed
For ab old style bungi cord rig, this wheel is wonderful. No force feedback, but tight, responsive controls. 12 buttons give full options to most any driving game. What was wired is the gas/brake are British! Reversed by default, but easily remapped in-game. I have been playing older games with a very old wheel, and this new one is perfect for them and has restored my interest in racing games. SHIFT, F1, etc , the wheel works great. Very happy to get such great results at such a low price.
it was compatible with the ps5 and function with gran turismo 7 for like a month. Within the past couple of days i notice the steer wheel wasn't working. When attempted to restart the game on the top R hand corner of menu title of the game it states Controller not compatible with the game. Overall when function it was fun to use would recommonded for a low end steerring wheel
