And without having to raid the aviation boneyard in Arizona to liberate it from a derelict real-life Boeing! Of course, being spring loaded (with a variable number of springs, for varying the resistance), you will not get all of the real feel of flying a 777, or any of the other Boeing types, but this is as close as you can get without buying a complete FAA approved flight simulator.
