It took quite a while, but we finally have, in the PC based flight simulation community, an exceptionally realistic simulacrum of a Boeing jet airliner yoke. And without having to raid the aviation boneyard in Arizona to liberate it from a derelict real-life Boeing! This pendular action provides another dimension of realism in the operation of this device, and puts it in a class all by itself for flying any heavy iron that uses a yoke (as opposed to flying a modern Airbus, which use side-sticks, a type of control input that Thrustmaster has also made available to the simulation community in a different, equally realistic, package).I spent over 30 years with one or another real Boeing yoke in my real-life hands, and I can vouch for the authenticity of the feel of this yoke. Of course, being spring loaded (with a variable number of springs, for varying the resistance), you will not get all of the real feel of flying a 777, or any of the other Boeing types, but this is as close as you can get without buying a complete FAA approved flight simulator. Which, by the way, would probably cost more than one of the real airplanes, at least if you got it out of the boneyard (and even 777's are in the boneyard these days!)Happy Landings

My son LOVES this!

We surprised our son with the Thrustmaster Yoke Pack at Christmas. He is hooked. The system is incredibly easy to assemble and easy to use. The mechanisms actually are replicas out of a cockpit and feel realistic. Allowing changes on the tension of the throttle by adding and removing the springs is a cool feature. We are using this with Microsoft's Flight Simulator. It took forever to download and it's best to take the tutorials. But once you're all settled in, this makes for a pretty wonderful experience. Definitely recommend. There's nothing else like it.B&H offered the best price and we had it within days. We are very happy with this purchase!

Really good except for one thing

I've had many flight simulator programs dating back into the 90s. I'm currently using MSFS 2020. This is the third yoke / throttle that I've had. Previous ones were other brands. This one is undoubtedly the best. The operation of the yoke is very smooth in every direction. Some reviews are critical of the throttle quadrant saying it is cheaply made, but I disagree. The throttles operate very smoothly just like the yoke The auto-pilot feature is a nice touch, and comes in handy at times. My only criticism of the entire setup is the way the yoke sticks out at the bottom. If you're not careful, you can move your chair too close, and you may get an unexpected surprise between your legs. Smooth action

L love the Yock Pack. The Yoke is smooth as silk. Well made and a keeper. I have had a number of controllers including the Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo. This is better.I am finding Key mapping somewhat difficult. Not sure if MSFS sees it totally. There is no picture of the Yoke and quadrant in controller but i does recognize it. So far the Yoke doesn't stick out too far to cause a problem .Highly recommended.

Smooth like Butter

What a sweet sweet release it is to be at the controls of the Boeing Dreamliner. Excellent investment and worth it. B & H had the best deal on this plus free shipping at the time that I purchased it. I am very satisfied with this purchase to say the least. Good times!

Yoke good, Throttle merely acceptable

The yoke itself is very good for commercial aviation. It's solidly built with a good resistance to aileron and pitch control, but do install the extra supplied spring. It does however have a slight deadzone at the centre, which is not completely satisfactory, but manageable. This makes it less appealing for hand flying general aviation aircraft - the Honeycomb Alpha is better for this application. The yoke will also not mount to certain desks which have a thick inner support, but I'm guessing this won't be the case for most people.The throttle is, to be honest merely, adequate. It works but the throttle axes are not well calibrated out of the box, meaning there's slight difference in the throttle levers position for equal thrust in multi engine aircraft. worth it !

Definitely you will get great precision, simple for set up. For fs2020 is more easy the configuration however for P3D you will need buy a complementary software to be able set up the reverse Axis and the knobs for the MCP on Boeing Planes. If you are really into Jetliners I strongly suggest get cheaper extra Joystick for Tiller function on Taxing and Thrustmaster Pedals for the rudder.
