Found it a bit fiddly to get set up at the beginning but once I got it done it works great. Had an issue getting it to latch on the towball first time but used the towball that came with the rack, to get the latching mechanism to work a few times off the car. Thereafter I had no problem. The rack has a 13 pin plug but it was supplied with an adapter to 7 pin large round plug. Since my car has a 7 pin flat plug I had to buy a trailer adapter at Autobarn. All works great with my large size 25kg eMTB. Supplied wheel securing straps were long enough.
