Use this spray in the bedrooms just before we get into bed. Feels calming. Kids also like to spray it in their rooms.

I usually buy another brand however, since I shop more at Chemist Warehouse I decided to try this brand as I suffer from anxiety and sleepless nights. I found this product had the same effects and I am also able to use it during the day and can carry it in my purse. As a result I had some friends ask me what I was using and so they have also now bought the same product and are so grateful I have introduced them to it, which is a bonus. Not only is it value for money, but I have found that it is a better quality product than the one I was using, which felt a bit more watered down. I also appreciate that this product states that it is not tested on animals either.

I started using this spray as I have trouble getting to sleep, my mind just doesn’t seem to slow down. Worked the first night, just sprayed it on my pillow & it was quite calming. I use this spray regularly now.
