Best version of Ticket to Ride for 2-4 players! It is addictive and much more challenging than the US version. My husband and I love these versions and enjoy playing them every week, no two games are the same with the constant blocking!

In those versions, 2 players can--if they choose--elect to stay out of each other's way, and rack up points to win. But with these two expansion maps it's really easy to get blocked by other players--strategy is a must, and think fast if you do to avoid getting completely boxed in. Nice additions to our Ticket To Ride library. Great for 2 or more players.

I was super excited to get this game based on a review a friend gave me. What I didnt know and I didnt see stated is that you must have the 1st game to play this game. so it was a bummer that the kids couldnt play it with out having the 1st game.

This is an Expansion! You'll need the Player Pieces and Train Cards from a Base Game like original TTR or TTR: Europe. We really enjoy these two maps. Each one adds a unique mechanic to the standard game, and they are both really well thought out.
Good alternative Ticket to Ride alternatives with loops, city to country, and country to country alternative routes. This India / Sweden expansion board offers same old Ticket to Ride strategy with added considerations for bonus points and travel options.
We played Switzerland twice so far, it is great, much more challenging for a 2 player game than the Europe map. India we only played once so far. As we are not familiar with that part of the world it is a bit of a struggle to remember your destination cards. Great fun!
The expansion pack is good but the description does not mention it is an expansion. Does not come with the blocks. Had to buy the base separately as well.
