I have not had a lot of chances to use this filter, but have experimented with it a few times. I like it, but not crazy about it. I would say it lives up to it's name. It produces HYPER star bursts! It could be great at times, but I think usage will be very limited. I may end up getting just a more normal 4 or 6 point filter. I do very much like the adjust-ability of the filter. You can change the angle of the burst pattern. So, a good filter that does what it is supposed to do, just maybe a bit TOO much which makes it's use more limited.

A little pricey but well worth it when you see the pizzazz it puts into your pictures. Looks great when it hits the points of light on the water during a sunny day at the ocean. Also puts a subtle glamour on the shine at a car shoe. I love it when it sparkles.
