I gave my kitty this pate last night and unfortunately it gave her diarrhea. This is the second can of Tiki Cat food I've given her and the first gave her the same reaction. I wanted to try giving her another flavor just to see if it was only that first flavor that gave her problems, but now I see it must be a certain ingredient in the Tiki Cat line that doesn't agree with my cat's stomach. Other brands I've given her didn't cause any problems. I'm disappointed because my cat seems to really like the taste and the brand has so many great reviews.

One of my cats loves it, one of my cats not so much. To be honest, she doesn't like anything so it's a constant struggle trying new brands. This is a quality food at a good price. For cats that love seafood, this is a great option.

After careful evaluation of several cat foods, this was a heads up winner. I setup autoship to make sure I always have what they like readily available.
My cat has tried a lot of the tiki cat products... the velvet mousses are a big hit, the wet food is eh, but the pate he loves! It’s by far his favorite... he crushes this stuff. He was recently diagnosed with diabetes and I had him on dry food and he was drinking and urinating all the time and after 24 hours of eating tiki cat products his urinating and drinking is back to normal. I can’t say enough about the pate... my cat wasn’t eating a couple of weeks ago and I started him on this and he loves it. I can’t say enough good things about it!!
My girl has NEVER turned her nose up to anything. She's a known food sneak and thief. She eats anything she can get. But she turned her nose up to this and I still cannot get her to eat it. She loves Tiki cat food 99% of the time, but this is the 1%. It's not even "pate", it's more like tuna goo/puree. Perhaps that's why she says no to it.
All my cats do not like this food. I have two indoor cats and they look down at everything I put on their plates. But I also feed three feral cats and it is a NO from them as well.
I was excited to introduce this one to my 2 cats (2 years old). They snipped once and walked away.They do not seem to interest in seafood.
My cats are very picky, especially our female. We are trying to give them healthier food, but it has been a challenge. They love this Tuna & Prawn Pate` though. They lick their bowls clean & I'm happy knowing they are getting good ingredients without fillers.
When I first picked up the Tiki variety packs (not the pate), my cat DEVOURED most of the them. BUT over time, he has been more and more picky about it. There are some flavors he really enjoyed, but then wouldn't eat for a second serving. Or some flavors he used to enjoy and now won't eat at all. And my dude LOVES to eat.Unfortunately, one sniff of this one and he turned away. I love this brand and how good quality the food is, but it's just too expensive to not be sure if it will go to waste or not.
