I always wear this style of Timberland Boots.I mean I wear them every single day of the year...Everyday.Even in the Summer. They're still fine to wear after 3 years, still comfy but look a little tatty after so much use so I buy a new pair and use the older ones for gardening in.I've been doing this for 20+ years. They don't split. My feet never get wet.I will always buy these boots. My favourite boots.

I bought these boots 5 weeks ago in Preparation for a winter American holiday.I have been trying desperately to wear these in , but from day 1 I’ve had pain in both inside ankle bones at the point where the boot tongue seam Joins the boot. I’ve tried different lacing techniques with no success. I’ve even bought 2 ankle supports and gel bandaids which help a little. I even put a heap of leather softener on the inside of the tongue which hasn’t helped much.I can only wear the boots for short periods of time, it’s a shame as I love the design. The boot length is fine it’s just the inside ankle of both feet which rubs on this part pointedVery disappointed upon arrival in the USA I had to buy a different brand to walk around

I purchase these boots with very high expectations. I take a size 12US in Mens shoes. Size 12 in this boot was way too large. Size 11 was recommended to me by Timberland. 11 was a little on the large size, but size 10.5US rubbed my pinky toe. After 2 weeks of breaking them in, they feel roomy around the foot, so I have to use an extra high density innersole plus thick socks. The left tongue requires constant adjusting to prevent it slipping to one side and rubbing my leg. The overall boot looks solid and nice, but unfortunately that’s where it stops for me and this unfunctional boot. Very disappointed.

Great winter boots

Leaking after 8 months
18 November 2022

My left boot sprung a leak after about 8 months of owning them (approximately 4 months of wear, given that they're stored during summer). Reached out to customer service and was told the boots have a 2 year warranty but this issue was due to "normal wear and tear", despite the website claiming these boots are good for heavy construction sites and I only wear mine on the city pavement. I consider normal wear and tear to be scuffs and stains, maybe other cosmetic deformities, but a LEAK in watertight boots is definitely not "normal".Deeply disappointing that they show such a lack of interest.

Nothing like the Timberland boots I had before
21 September 2023

This is the fourth pair of Timberland Classic 6-Inch Premium Waterproof Boots, Yellow that I have owned and loved. How ever my new boots feel totally different to all the previous one I have had. Boots seem to have a thinner sole and I can feel the ridges under the sole. Boots are slimmer cut although meant to be wide. And generally it seems like cheaper materials has been used?!1 diffinatly Not as comfortable as my exactly the same model pervious three pairs.

The. BEST. boots. EVER!
12 March 2023

Bought a less expensive pair of boots for the cold weather in Newark, after one day, when the sole fell off, I figured I should look into maybe getting a more reliable brand. I went to Macy’s in Jersey City and found these Timberlands in black. I immediately fell in love with them! Most boots are usually a little loose. These fit perfectly, not to snug. I tried them on with a standard pair of socks and was amazed at how comfortable they were. I was also able to wear them with a thick winter sock and they still felt amazing. Wore them immediately, lots of walking and still NO blisters or sore feet. They were a little more than I expected to spend but they are totally worth the price! i highly recommend picking yourself up a pair.

Thinner leather than before
6 March 2022

Just got a new (2nd) pair of these boots, and I have to say I am left disappointed. The leather on the tongues of the new boots are significantly thinner and more flimsy than on my earlier pair, which caused one of the boots' tongue to have ugly folds/bends right out of the box.As a utilitarian work boot, I'd probably still recommend them, but as a fashionable piece of clothing, I have to say the new pair I got really irritate me with how creased and folded they came from the factory. They aren't getting 1 or 2 stars either, because it looks like the rest of the boots stayed the same, and I am trying to be fair. A bent tongue might not justify 2 nicks in the score for everybody, but for someone who uses the boot as a fashionable piece of clothing, it does for ... MoreJust got a new (2nd) pair of these boots, and I have to say I am left disappointed. Why not just increase the price slightly, instead of staining the meaning of the word "premium"?If anybody can use the info: My ~1-1.5 year old pair came in a dark grey shoebox, while my new pair came in a white/orange box.

Timeless Boot

An all time classic boot. I owned one with white he10yrs ago, worn it til l gave it away. It never wore out. Had to get another pair. Never disappoints!!! Definitely recommend buying this, goes well with my cuffed jeans. Recommend going one size down for perfect fit. I’m a US size 9, and l went to US size 8 and fits perfectly!

uncomfortable
7 August 2022

I Have purchased this same exact boot for decades. i run through alot of these in my work field. this was the first time i got them from Macy's. immediately the box was completely different than what i have been used to white with an orange line down the middle as the others where a faded hunter green. the boots are very uncomfortable to wear. i had ordered the same pair from timberland 4 months prior and went back to them because of this. i used them for about 2 weeks thinking they needed to be broken in a little and still just as uncomfortable. i recommend trying them at the store and not ordering them online. don't know if i could return these now.
