A warning about shoe sizes (runs VERY small)

I bought this as a Christmas gift and had to send it back immediately due to the sizing being way off. I am one size smaller than the person who it was bought for, and the shoe didn't even fit ME despite being one size bigger than my own size. Be warned, you will have to buy at least 2 sizes up from what you'd expect. The sole is deceptively big, but the actual space for feet is not. I had to choose a different shoe ultimately because they don't even do bigger sizes than a 9, which would not have fit the person I bought it for. The actual shoe itself is lovely, very good quality and looks great. I also didn't get an original Timberland box which was a bit annoying but not too bothered. If you can afford it, it might be best to purchase two sizes and send the one ... MoreI bought this as a Christmas gift and had to send it back immediately due to the sizing being way off. I wear a 6.5 m always .average foot. Bought the wheat and love them..from another large online seller. Bought a pair black at Macys and had to return due to mislabeled sizing a whole size too small. My review was not published and they took my Macys money back even though I oRdered this 2nd pair from them to try to get right size. I couldn't find my size elsewhere in black. This 2nd pair is better but still tight , runs very small..and 1/4" shorter in the height of collar and tongue than the same model wheat from other seller. You can see the difference side by side. I wore these around house a little while with light Marino wool sock and they hurt as they are so snug. My feet start to go numb. These black boots are beautiful classic, warm and dry. Either the black ones from Macys fit smaller or the black from any seller in general just run small. These are not the half size big as is typical of the same exact model noted in the hundreds so reviews I read elsewhere , but I only have the wheat to compare to. Looking for a black pair 6.5 m elsewhere and will update this review when I can compare. You will love them .get them if you can find your size. They sell out fast..A great boot for fashion and practical wear, just beware of sizing.

Waited until they were on sale. Worth the purchase. Purchased in size 9 1/2 based on reviews. I usually wear a 9 1/2 sometimes 10. They fit great with slightly thick socks. Still have room at the top. It’s a slim fit. If you plan to wear thick socks then get the 10. But the boot fit will be big if you wear thin or slightly thin socks in the 10. My opinion.

Great support and very warm. Go half a size larger!

These boots are amazing. I been looking for a waterproof boots that have fur, sherpa, or shearling lining for very long as my feet have horrible circulation and only UGGs keep them warm. My feet stayed toasty warm with cotton medium thickness socks walking in rain and bicycling for an hour in 7C. No cold toes!!! I was worried they might be too heavy and yes it was not like i am used to but the support was amazing as I have severely pronated feet and one foot is 3cm longer. I was able to walk around shopping for 3.5 hours. I am normally a 38 and in boots that leaves space for thicker socks and accomodate my slightly wide feet, but with these boots the sherpa takes up space. I bought the 38.5 and I was very happy. Did not have that happen with these boots. I feel safe and steady.

Poor construction for the cost
17 October 2023

Only had the Linden style 2 years. The upper has completely separated from the sole where the ball of your foot is. Customer service only offers 25% off a new pair, I should have contacted while they were still under warranty. Bottom line these will not last. Sure they look great but enjoy your wet feet after a year! If you like the tan colour look for a better quality work boot. Very disappointed in the brand. You pay for the looks of the brand, they don't offer quality. Buyer beware.

Thumbs Down 👎🏽

Was so excited to catch an Awesome deal on these boots. Well Surprise Surprise! They came scuffed on the toe on both boots. Also a crease in the toe area. Spoke to someone from Finish Line stating I can exchange. Sent back & looking at the next pair that was shipped to me. Looks as if they sent the same pair back. Disappointed!!

I got these shoes thinking it was a scam website because of the reviews from other websites. Please don’t believe it and if you’re scared you made the wrong purchase, the customer service is great here and very responsive. This website is legitimate are so is their products. I got mine within just least than a month. I ordered on 16/09 and got it on 11/10 - Not bad at all. The timberlands are authentic and are beautiful as expected. It came well packaged and they fit perfectly. If you’re really thinking of buying timberlands but is questioning yourself, this review will give you the clarity that you need. Go ahead and buy it! It is perfect and cheaper than the rest.

Timeless

I vary between a size 4 and 4.5 in shoes. Years ago I bought size 4 of these and they were too small. Always wanted to buy another pair, just never got round to it. Finally have and bought a size 5 & love them! They are ‘clunky’ but once you tighten the laces they fit nicely & if you want the undone up look, just tie a knot after tightening the laces and place behind the lip 😀

Way too narrow
20 November 2020

I own 5 different pairs of Timberlands in style and color. These boots are the WORSE! I can't believe these are even genuine Timberlands. I wear an average size 8. My feet aren't wide and I've never ordered/purchased any wide width shoes sandals or boots. However, these boots are so narrow even in the wide width that they're unbearably uncomfortable. This is upsetting especially since they're also about $20 overpriced. The only reason I ordered on here was cause they were sold out in my size on other sites. I've also already wore them twice otherwise I would never had ordered on this site and would have returned long ago. I definitely WOULD NOT recommend these If you can purchase elsewhere if not at all.
