I purchased this product for my son for Christmas i received the first pair delivered to the store within 10 days but it was a 10.5 and they were huge! So o had to refund them and get a 10. It has been more than 2 weeks going on 3 weeks and it still hasn't been delivered to the store. It is a beautiful boot. I am overall happy with the item but dissatisfied with the delivery. . .

I bought the black Timbs. They are much more comfortable than my old pair. You gotta half size down. I usually wear a 10 in boots but orders 9.5 and they fit perfectly. Quick shipping. No hassle. Much faster than ordering through the DSW than the Timberland website. My God! Took ten days to just get a shipping order.

I went to DSW to get these boots for my grandson for Christmas. I REALLY needed them… he’s the kinda guy who never asks for anything. So when he asked me for those boots, I knew I had y to o find them.I was so disappointed that they didn’t have his size (13). Until the clerk on the floor suggested I ask up front if they could find them in another store.Well, the woman at the counter found them for me and arranged to have them delivered to my house at no additional charge! I was thrilled. I’m so happy that you guys went the extra mile to get me my grandsons Christmas gift. Thank you!

One can really go wrong with this boot. In and out of different weather and temps, this is rugged and reliable gear. When kept well (occasional light brushing) I rock these with jeans, khakis and a sport coat, or heavy sweatpants. A versatile addition to a wardrobe.
I gave 4 stars because these are a Christmas gift so I can’t give 5 stars. But I can tell you that they came scuff free and delivered in a timely manner. I loved that they were boxed and not bagged. Plus you don’t have to worry about the logo showing on the box if you don’t want the recipient to see when delivered. I would recommend. I purchased the butters.
My husband bought these for the fall/winter and they look so good! These seem to fit true to size... He actually bought a half size bigger than usual, thinking he needed extra room for thick socks, but they ended up being too big even with those so we will need to size down. He did say he wishes they were lined like my Timberlands, but this style is more versatile because it's not.Overall great shoes! Love that they are waterproof!
I previously had the timberland pros with steel toe version $180 that lasted 3+ years but the toe part hurt my toes after being in them for 12+ hours. I went with the classic boot version $160 for not having the steel toe feature and found them extremely comfy, didn’t tear up my feet however I barely got 9 months out of them before the tread shows cracking between the arch and toes area. Felt water in my socks from stepping in a small 1/2” puddle with these waterproof boots, looked under the boot and noticed the tread was cracked - in the middle, not even on the sides. Not good Timberland! Feels like I’m paying for Brazos cheap wear out fast quality with Timberland written all over them. Very Disappointing!
Ordered these in a size 9 originally and the color was off. The seams were horribly done. The fit was big. My husband has had plenty of timberland boots to know if they're true quality or not and these were NOT it. Tried to see if maybe it was just this pair so we exchanged for an 8.5 same thing, quality was horrible color is off. If you want the actual quality don't order from here.
I bought this for my husband two weeks ago, it was the boots he’d been wanting for a while now. DSW sent me an email for half off boots, not only did I get one, but two boots. My husbands LOVESSSS this pair. He has not taken them off, so comfortable, and stylish, best of all, easy to clean. I only wish my husband would take them off so I can actually clean them 😂
The boot was purchased for my husband's job. Wish it was still manufactured in the traditional smooth leather style, instead of suede. The stitching on the boot was impeccable. This boot fits true to size. The shoelaces need to be a little stronger for everyday wear. Overall pleased with the purchase. Really needed this boot for work.
